I knew that if I needed an eye doctor, I'd love to go to her. Unfortunately, she was far. Fast forward to 2018, it was time for my daughter's InfantSee program. I went ahead and scheduled my son's first eye exam and it was great! She was very patient and even played Trolls song clip to distract him on the eye exam screen. I'm so happy with my experience that I am willing to drive to Manassas just to have her as my kiddos eye doctor. FYI - InfantSee program helps tests babies eyes from 6months-12months old and see if they're are any underlying sight issues that can be detected right away. It's a free program that looks like only two that I know within my area participated in this. Kudos to Dr Wen for being professional and taking care of my children.

By catching early and following through I am sure he has preserved our vision as best as could be hoped for. He is incredibly trustworthy and makes great recommendations for lens types as well. The spot had been spreading over the years and she is the only doctor who referred me for a biopsy and I found out that I had basal cell carcinoma on my eyelid. She is the only doctor out of about 8 over a 13 year period who suggested a biopsy. For 13 years I had bcc on my eye and every year other doctors looked at it and dismissed it. I'm so glad I found her. She even called the plastic surgeon who was booked for 6 months and got an immediate appointment for me. 13 years I had cancer and not one other doctor suggested a biopsy. I found two that I liked - one regular eyeglasses - and one for a pair of prescription polarized sunglasses. I had already utilized and maxed out my insurance benefit for the year on another new pair of eyeglasses - but they gave me some sort of discount.
