The receptionist fully explained the contact lens rebate over and over, even though I probably should have figured it out on my own. I'm a reasonably intelligent person, but I'm easily confused by things like income tax forms, Ikea assembly instructions, and money-back rebates, so her efforts are much appreciated. Also, the optical lady miscalculated the total cost of my exam, contacts, and glasses (clearly, I could have easily done the same thing) but the receptionist corrected the mistake. I love my new "everyday" specs, and I also bought a second pair of glasses just for fun, which I'm anxiously waiting to arrive. I don't know anything about the other Moses locations, but I've been very pleased with this located in spite of the long wait and minor goof-ups.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.
