I've been getting glasses for more than 40 years and this was the absolute worst exam. After the exam they refused to give me a copy of the updated prescription. I had to call the corporate office to get a copy of the prescription sent...only to find out that the prescription wasn't valid. After 5 more phone calls they offered me a new exam or they would validate the bad prescription. Why would I have another exam if the first was bad? Why should I accept a questionable prescription? To sum it up: - A terrible eye exam - Awful patient service trying to fix a problem they created My suggestion is go somewhere else.

I was told the prescription doesn't go all the across and that's the way they are. I've never had lenses like that. Why would you make a lens that doesn't have a full prescription? After 3 weeks, I called and was informed there was an issue with the insurance company but they were hoping to get approval on them and get a new pair of glasses but it would be an additional 2 weeks. It has now been over 6 weeks and I have not heard anything from anyone at the store and I don't have glasses for my child. Would never recommend this place. What a joke.

She is so nice and down to earth, and very helpful. Maybe I could have gone to a chain store and bought a pair cheaper, but after reading a Consumer Report article, I didn't want to go that route again. When they took prescriptions for glasses to 10 different stores and had the resulting eyeglasses checked by an independent optometrist, 8 out the 10 were incorrect! They advise going to a local, independent eye doctor or eye care business instead. That is how I came to Julie's. It's a small, locally owned business that knows how to treat customers right. Prices are reasonable (my no line bifocal glasses with anti-glare coating was $345) and service is great. I would recommend this place to anyone! Best of the best!

I picked up my glasses from Goshen today not happy with the lady they had helping . I have gotten…read moremy glasses here for awhile have trouble with new ones have to have adjustments . I told the lady that it was a little blurry and thought my progressive need to go up a little all she said was the dr would like me to try them for a week. Brooke will do adjustments with ear pieces and nose pieces so why cant this lady now i will have to make another trip back to goshen to see Brooke and gas aint cheap thanks alot why cant people just listen to you .
