I've been getting glasses for more than 40 years and this was the absolute worst exam. After the exam they refused to give me a copy of the updated prescription. I had to call the corporate office to get a copy of the prescription sent...only to find out that the prescription wasn't valid. After 5 more phone calls they offered me a new exam or they would validate the bad prescription. Why would I have another exam if the first was bad? Why should I accept a questionable prescription? To sum it up: - A terrible eye exam - Awful patient service trying to fix a problem they created My suggestion is go somewhere else.

I got the glasses back the same week and they are great. My only complaint was that as a first time patient it was a bit challenging to find the office. I wasn't familiar with parking at Memorial and spent way too much time circling the area to find parking and then when I got into the building there were no signs indicating where their office was. There were signs for other offices but not theirs.

While doing my exam she forced me by using her hands to push me to fit into the machine, which hurt. I like Dr Snachez she is knowledgeable.Very approachable.Important for a doctor. She answers my questions and concerns. She is friendly. She is easy to talk to.This was my third visit. I ordered non glare prescription eye glasses. 2 weeks to come in. Low marks due to lackluster staff not doctor. Don't hold this against them all in all got the job done.

Well my story started 2/15/2024. Went for glasses and they said instead I was getting cataract…read moresurgery. They said it would be a two week ordeal. I'd see better than i have ever seen before. So I got cataract surgery on the first eye. This was done by Dr Molly Walsh. Woke up couldn't open the eye. Then when I could open it I only could see white. Went 3 weeks of multiple visits to the office being told they didn't know why the swelling would not go down. Unable to see the surgeon because she was on vacation for 3 weeks. When I finally saw her she said I needed to wait 2-5 months and she guaranteed I'd see again. That she's been doing this for 20 years and she knew what she was talking about. I was so upset when I left there I was in tears. After her dismissive attitude I went to get a second opinion at a different eye doctor. He told me I would never see again without a cornea transplant which was damaged during the cataract surgery. Of course Walsh said nothing about it being damaged during surgery. He set me up to go to Indy to get it fixed. After multiple trips to Indy, staying for a week at a time at my own expense mind you, my eyes are finally fixed. I have been trying for months to get this eye dr to give me the card that I'm supposed to carry in my wallet at all times. This card should have been given to me the day of the surgery 2/15/2024. They keep passing the blame to the surgery center. The surgery center blames the Dr. I don't care who was supposed to give it to me. Someone needs to get me the card. They need to order another set of the exact lenses that they put in my eye and give me the card out of the box. It's supposed to be in my wallet. Definitely a shit show. Tired of this crap and am about to hire a lawyer. The date today is 11/22/2024. 9 Months of crap because of this place. Get your stuff together people. You are messing with people's sight and livelihoods.

The parking lot is small for the number stores and can be frustrating. But once you are there your experience makes up for the challenge. But worth the wait , I love my glasses , and the optometrist was so nice . Staff was welcoming at this location . They also take Afterpay .

Their excuse was they had a medical emergency both times. They confirmed our appointment multiple times and yet they couldn't let us know in advance they were running behind. I do not recommend this place. They will make you wait. If you don't work and have all the time in the world this is your place.

Once at home tried both pairs of glasses: they did not have anti glare and the transition was a light grey. Progressive too low. Called it in and was told an upcharge for anti glare! What they forgot to add, charging me double. Also was told at arrival that tradition with progressive only go this light grey, something Karen the rep did not share. I then requested to cancel my progressive and the transition and only get my single vision and anti glee since they got it wrong the first time. Monesha said she speak to her manager to see about the $75x2 to add the antiglare. I said if they charge me double cancel my order on the progressive. She said to give her a day or two to get back with me. So I'll post what comes next, I've been coming to this same spot for over 15 years
