Received confirmation in writing (text message from sales rep who I spoke to on the phone also) of a range for value of the vehicle pending their inspection. It unfortunately lost a $10 relay in their parking lot during inspection causing a temporary starting issue but that was promptly addressed and the vehicle subsequently ran great. They made a final-offer $1800 below the low end of the range *committed in writing* (text message) but couldn't tell me anything wrong with the vehicle and would not honor their commitment. This was a 1.5 hour drive each way. Don't waste your time and effort on a dealership that practices dishonest sales like this.

If she ever leaves I absolutely demand to know where she goes! She's very laid back, not pushy at all and let me wander around like I intended. Honestly, when I pulled into the pre-owned lot and a guy IMMEDIATELY came outside BEFORE I EVEN GOT OUT OF MY CAR to ambush me..I backed out and drove to the new lot and walked down to the pre-owned lot. I would like to look at what you even have before we talk about negotiations, is that strange? ‍ Now I'm struggling to get the car I originally bought fixed.. The trunk leaks BAD! Had my car smelling of strong mildew in 24 hrs.. They sent it to the body shop last Monday to be "fixed" and when they got it back Friday Allisha decided to double-check and water test the trunk (thank goodness).. STILL LEAKS JUST AS BAD! So now I'm another week without my car and at this point can't even remember what my car was like... I'll update next weekend when I hopefully get my car back.

Also the truck has had endless issues that were omitted or lied about so I've had to dump thousands of dollars into just to make the thing legal to drive. On top of this, my "salesman" Justin V was BLACKOUT drunk every time I saw him after buying the truck when I went to try to get my keys. I informed multiple hire ups at the dealership and not one of them did anything to help or said anything to Justin. He was driving dealership cars and customer cars as well as my truck while being BLACKOUT DRUNK at the dealership. He was so drunk he'd go to "look for my keys", come back two minutes later, and wouldn't even remember talking to me two minutes ago. I'll be contacting the Attorney General and BBB next.

I explained I'm in the decision making process and plan to purchase by the fall. Pete (salesman) helped me and was very nice. He showed me both vehicles and when I asked to test drive them he replied "let me go get the keys". This is where the good experience ended. Brian (the owner) came out and talked to me about both vehicles. Seemed polite but he explained he doesn't let anyone test drive them until we sit and talk numbers, finalize them, then test drive to make sure the vehicle is satisfactory to what we talked about. So I come in looking to purchase a vehicle thats upwards of 100K and you wont allow me to test drive the vehicles to help my decision making until we finalize numbers?! This seemed very untrustworthy and disrespectful. Because of this owner I will not be giving this dealership my business. I highly encourage everyone to be cognizant of who you're giving your business too.
