We told Andrew what we did and didn't like. He brought out another vehicle to test. We loved it! When we got back, we started the process of buying it. That process always takes longer than we like, but we don't have to do it very often! We did everything that Andrew needed and then we had to wait for the finance guy. We were paying cash and were not purchasing an extended warranty that day. That didn't matter - we still had to wait and go through the process. Grant was the finance guy. He did go through everything quickly after we told him where stood on the warranty issue. He was pleasant and very efficient. I love my new vehicle! Andrew called four days later to see if everything was okay and to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend this dealership and Andrew and Grant!

It would help if they were more honest with their customers…read more Here's what happened to us: When we went to the West County Audi dealership, we were shown a particular car's elaborate infotainment center at length, and we also conducted a test drive of the car with the salesman. After we agreed to purchase it, we were taken into the dealership, where we processed the paperwork and provided the payment. After the deal was closed, we were escorted back to the car we thought had been initially shown to us, and left the dealership for home. After we got home, we tried to access the car's infotainment center using my cell phone without success. Nothing we tried seemed to work. Finally, I emailed the salesman asking for assistance with our problem, but he never responded. I also called the dealership at one point, and they were very unhelpful, bordering on unfriendly. It wasn't until I finally took the car to a different Audi dealership, in Creve Coeur, for help did we realize the West County Audi salesman had apparently switched the car on us and that we did not actually purchase the car that had been shown to us. This was a major disappointment for several reasons, but primarily because we felt we had been cheated. The salesperson at the Creve Coeur Audi dealership readily explained how we needed to use a USB cord to connect our phones to the car which was entirely different from what the West County Audi salesman had told us. Also, the car we purchased clearly didn't have the elaborate infotainment system that had demonstrated to us so meticulously. We've purchased many new cars, and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to us. We do not recommend that anyone buy a car from this dealership.

The glass has been replaced and tinted at no cost. I appreciate him taking ownership of the issue and making things right. I'm happy to have this over and enjoy my car! ******* I purchased my 2025 certified pre-owned 330i from BMW of Creve Coeur in May 2026. The buying experience was fine and Bradley was easy to work with. I took my vehicle to a very reputable shop near my home to get tinted and when they washed the back window to prepare it for tint, the defroster lines slid down and split. I called some tint shops(including the one BMW of Creve Coeur uses) to ask them if that was something they have seen. They advised that defroster lines should not come off that easily and that it sounds like there is an issue with the glass. They suggested taking to where I purchased it. I bought the car on the 20th, took it to the tint shop on the 29th and called the dealership that afternoon. Since it was Friday we arranged for me to bring it in on Tuesday the 2nd. When I brought it in the service manager accused the tint shop of using too much heat or cutting the lines with a razor blade. I went back to the tint company and they showed me the video of them working on my car and neither of those things happened. BMW of Creve Coeur refuses to fix the back glass and so I made a complaint directly with BMW and when they called BMW of Creve Coeur,they went out of their way to tell BMW not to cover the damage even under their goodwill program. I have always dreamed of buying a BMW and after 10 years of driving a van, my kids were old enough to switch back to a car. The whole experience has been a nightmare and honestly I'm ready to just be done and get a different car because if this is how they are right after you buy the car, I can imagine they are even more difficult to work with as the car ages. I purchased a brand new Kia back in 2013 and 13 years later they provide superior service than this BMW of Creve Coeur has. So if you want a dealership that makes your life difficult before the 1st payment is due then BMW of Creve Coeur is the one for you. My co workers all have luxury vehicles as well as my clients and I will be sure to warn everyone about BMW of Creve Coeur.

My service advisor was Jahan Robinson and he couldn't have been nicer or more courteous. The inspection was done promptly and done quicker than I expected. I received a complimentary car wash and multi-point inspection at no additional cost and received a printout of what I might expect to have done in the near future and what it would cost me. Prices were very reasonable. The state inspections were also very reasonable. Can't say enough about the excellent customer service!

He wasn't shopping - just a quick look around. He was approached by a salesman and he let him know he wasn't interested in talking with him and he didn't want the guy to start selling to him. But the dude didn't listen and tried to engage my husband in conversation, etc. He ended up leaving because the guy wouldn't leave him alone. We went back a week or so later to test drive a few vehicles. We got the same guy because he had approached my husband a week ago so now we have to be his customers. He got super pushy again! We were out on the lot and my husband went in and asked for a different salesman. The first one asked him why. My husband said, "I told you I didn't want to be sold and all you're doing is selling". So we got another guy. New guy wasn't pushy, but he was extremely frazzled. He was helping someone else at the same time and couldn't get it together. We test drove two vehicles and weren't ready to make a decision. We had already planned to test drive other brands. We thanked the guy and went to leave and he reminded us that it was the last day of the month. The last day of the month didn't matter to us. I know it mattered to him because of quotas and such. I did not feel it was appropriate to mention it to us. While at another dealership, we were told that Leo Payne owns dealerships in Colorado and doesn't really pay attention to this one. I don't know if it's true, but the place isn't what it used to be. We ended up not buying a Honda.
