Most of the time they start after 4:30 PM and end around 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, unless they run out of food before. As of January 2023, the typical menu is: Tacos - $2.25 Burritos - $11.25 Cheese Burritos - $13.00 Mulitas - $4.00 Quesadillas - $8.50 Horchata - $2.25 Rice - $2.00 Beans - $2.00 Extra Cheese - $1.25 They accept Venmo! It's safe to say that these tacos are the best in IV. The al pastor is freshly sliced, they bring in one of those vertical broilers that rotate the meat. The asada was prepared nicely, I was expecting it to be a little more charred but it was cooked thoroughly. The pollo was juicy. Toppings and sauces are self-served. Since they set up shop in random college student houses, don't expect too much in terms of ambiance. Seating can be limited, we stood around a dirty beer die table in the backyard of a DP apartment. But it had a great view of the Pacific Ocean. In an article written about the owner Rogelio Muñoz, I read he wanted to open his taco stand at UC Santa Barbara someday, becoming a permanent food stall in the Arbor. He came home with a said "large" poke bowl that he paid $35 for. For the base he asked for light mixed greens, and for the protein and toppings he asked for salmon, tuna and imitation crab. When he came home, I immediately noticed there was a SIGNIFICANT decrease in the fish portioning, especially for the "large bowl". The only reason the bowl was filled, was because it was mostly lettuce. I kid you not when I say our bowl was filled with about 90% lettuce and greens and about 10% actual fish and toppings. We have NEVER experienced this before and for the price we paid, I would expect anyone to be treated to MUCH better portions of fish. The bowl didn't even remotely fill either of us up and we were both left just as hungry as before. I wish I had taken a photo of what it looked like when we were done, as the bowl was STILL filled to the brim with lettuce. I'm not sure if we were just personally jipped this time but I sincerely hope this isn't the new way this place will be handling their business. I am pretty bummed about this.

Many of which charged an arm and a leg for every item - literally, serving spoons, chafing dishes, linens, tables, every piece had a markup fee as well for convenience even though they were all likely rented from the same rental company that I could have rented from directly.
