Super flavorful, cooked right, and not overcomplicated. Just a solid, satisfying bite every time. The birria burger with the dipping sauce was the standout though. Crispy edges, rich flavor, and that consommé on the side to dunk it in took it to another level. It gets messy but that is kind of the point. Had to add a side of sweet potato fries too. If you're comparing SB taco spots -- La Super-Rica gets the tourist attention, but ask around and you'll hear El Bajío and Lilly's come up just as often among people who eat here regularly.
