Buckles 'n' Brews is a smaller sized, half indoor half outdoor, beer sampling event at a hidden carriage museum right by downtown Santa Barbara. Don't be fooled though, there's plenty of parking despite the location size. This fest has everything from IPAs to refreshing ciders, Tri-Tip BBQ sandwiches and home brewed hoppy. Each year the vendors slightly vary and the beers themselves are always new and unique. There's fantastic live music played by the Dusty Jugz which always ends up in a "stage" full of line dancers. I'd recommend this festival to anyone looking to have a wild western themed Saturday with close friends and locals alike, dancing to country and lifting a cheers to craft beers in a nice, local intimate location.

Despite the subscription being a gift, we were still charged $60 in shipping. The January shipment was never successfully delivered. We made multiple attempts to coordinate delivery with the carrier, including submitting reschedule requests and calling several times to explain that delivery needed to occur in the afternoon, as we are at work during normal delivery hours. The carrier continued attempting delivery outside of that window. At one point, they left a note saying the package could be picked up -- but provided no location or instructions for where to retrieve it. Ultimately, the package was returned to sender. When we contacted Craft Beer Club, we were told we would need to pay an additional $20 reshipment fee for goods we never received, despite having already paid for shipping and doing everything reasonably possible to coordinate delivery. Customer service repeatedly cited policy and placed full responsibility on us, even though the failure was clearly on the carrier side. Paying again for products you never received -- especially after paying $60 shipping on a "gift" -- is unacceptable. This experience felt incredibly unfair and left us with no product, no resolution, and a strong sense that customer service prioritizes rigid policy over reasonable customer support. We will not be ordering again and would not recommend this service to others.
