The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. If Tom had one goal, it was to, at least, get my wifi back. Happy wifi, happy wife, and then I have a happy life. We both headed to the basement so he could troubleshoot the issues. To me, it was just a bunch of wires connecting somewhere, someplace. He figured it out right away and started to troubleshoot the system. He would share some tips to improve my wifi/internet. After about 30 minutes, give or take, he found the problem, fixed the problem, and helped me install a normal user-friendly wifi system. Also, he gave me some recommendations to improve the overall system and helped me set it up. Overall, I would rate this business an A+. Friendly, professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable.
