Throughout our time with your company, there has been consistent difficulty in communication, a lack of clarity regarding required paperwork, and frequent staff turnover that has disrupted continuity of care. Most significantly, the issues resulted in a serious break in pay for my mother's personal care provider. In August 2025, I was not informed in a timely manner that paperwork was due, which caused delays in payments to my mother's caregiver. Compounding this problem, there was a transition between insurances which I was not properly notified. As a result, the caregiver worked without pay from 4 months in 2025. I do believe there is a labor law for someone to clocking in to work and not get paid. After numerous attempts on my part to resolve the matter, I confirmed that payment authorization has been approved for that same time periods. Therefore, I cannot accept the statement that "there is nothing you can do," when proper authorization for payment exists. Your response is unprofessionally and unacceptable! Your company's behavior is a repeating downfall!

My father has Alzheimers and was in a memory care unit. The unit required us to hire 24 hour nursing as he was experiencing psychological issues and was going to be transferred to a facility- we spent over $30000 for his care, and because his transfer to the other facility was touch and go based on a number of reasons, we tried to warn them of an ending. We spoke with Charlene and asked how much notice she required and she told us 1 week. At that point we did tell her ok, he will be gone in a week, and he was. My father was discharged a day earlier on Thursday April 29,2021. When I received the billing I noticed we were billed through April 30, using the same caregiver- see the picture. What is odd is we were billed for the same caregiver who apparently sat with him for 24 hours as we were billed for her 8 hours thursday and then another 16 hour shift the following day. Since he was discharged on Thursday afternoon, I just figured they were billing us out for the 7 day notice, which is perfectly reasonable. I called to get copy of all the bills so I can reconcile , and I was suprised to hear from Rochelle in billing that we were being billed yet another week because we did not give notice. We immediately called Charlene who referred us back to Rochelle - Great the person we gave notice to, refers us back to billing. I know elderly care is a big business, and I certainly think people should earn their money. We had no problem with the bill, even billing out the 7th day per our notice- but to send us yet another bill 2 weeks after my father had been discharged seems to be a bit much- On May 10th we received a bill for 4072.50 billing us for 5/1-5/7. My father was discharged on 4/29/21. While we have no problem with the service, we most certainly do have problem with the billing. I write this to caution anyone who signs a contract to do the following- review bills carefully, attempt to avoid the ACH , which might not be possible, and most certainly send your notice in a certified letter so you have proof. This company will use any "gotcha" they can. And remember, companies who solicit reviews, are doing so for a reason. Everything I have posted is true and accurate, and I have the paperwork to back it up. Possible litigation requires you to have your ducks in a row. If anyone reading this has had the same problem with this company, please feel to contact me. Perhaps we can pool resources and stories.

Homewatch was the perfect place to get the help I needed for my father. I needed help taking care…read moreof my father for a month while he was living with me. I can't tell you how much we loved the help we received. My father has Parkinson's and his mobility is limited. The care giver, whose name is Paulina, was amazing! She came before her scheduled time on each visit and developed such a great relationship with my father. She bathed him, took him for walks, ironed his clothes, made his bed, arranged for his food and had great conversation with him. She was an Angel and having someone like her to care for my father was something I will never forget. Everyone at Homewatch from Tim the owner to all the staff were so kind and understanding and worked with me on any schedule changes or additional needs. I hope to employ their services when my father visits next!

They were on time. They were attentive to his needs and mine. They were congenial. They practiced excellent hygiene. If you need help in the greater Middleburg community, there are not a lot of options but knowing you have someone who is locally based and connected, makes all the difference. She text and said the most hurtful things to me and told me I was a low life. This was the worst Mother's Day I had because I'm in tears wondering how can someone seem so sweet can be so evil. I do not care how long who have been know her but she has an evil side and I seen and others will too. When you try to take from my child and see us on the streets is a problem. She got mad at me because a client left and the client told her it wasn't because of me. I was great and she screen shot and showed what she sent her. I never been so mistreated in my life but this will not stop me from having faith. First time dealing with racism!!
