This is a great RV park. As soon as we pulled in, it was very organized to get checked in. Very quick to check in. Guard shack, ladies are funny and pleasant to talk with and joke around. Beautiful views of the ocean and lake. The facilities are clean and ample throughout the park. There is a store laundromat arcade, indoor and outdoor pool a pavilion. Highly recommend this place. Very relaxing. we came down for Michigan and have enjoyed every minute being down here.

This is a great campground with sites right on the beach available. The campground was clean and well maintained with lots of available activities throughout the park. The prices were well within what other campgrounds in the area charge. There are a ton of sites in various areas of the campground, lots of boathouses, a breakfast restaurant and a well equipped camp store. There is a lazy river, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Every day has planned activities suitable for nearly all ages. I would recommend a stay here to my family and friends.

We loved it there. Spent three months. We were 5 spots from the beach and loved walking the beach every day. It was a very convenient location for the many golf courses. Very clean and friendly.

We spent a few days here trying the dog on his first camping trip it has nice bath houses a pool lazy river a well equipped camp store and even an arcade and on top of it all it's right on the beach

Full moon at the campsite! That is the entrance to the beach from where I'm sitting on the site.

This place would have easily gotten a "great" review had it not been for the neighboring property and a 6am on Sunday morning "Sunday Service" (granted it was Easter Sunday) that woke everyone with loud obnoxious music. I've never wanted to hit a preacher so bad that morning but I love Jesus and refrained. The resort next door had their pool just beyond the fence which provided some noise and they had a super bright light shining directly onto the fence line. I suppose that is good for security. The good stuff was really good though. The showers were clean and hot. Great pressure. The restrooms in general were very clean. The Breakfast By The Sea restaurant was 500 feet from my tent so we had a great breakfast every morning. Friday night they had a DJ and Saturday a band. Security was good and they made their rounds. We felt safe and secure. The location of this site (B2) was the best I've ever had... so close to the beach you wondered if the ocean was going to lap up to your door! I was surprised to learn that they had electric and water on the site as well. I would have brought more AC powered items had I known that! Great place, local to everything including shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy and they let me check-in early. We will be back. My daughter loved this place and so did I.

What great place. They have everything you need. Right on the beach plus a small water park and indoor pool.

The sites are very well shaded, which is super nice. Aside from that, not impressed and we won't be back to this location. There were ants everywhere. We're going to have to spray our camper when we get home because of how many ants were at this campground. The staff at the store/registration weren't super nice. It felt like we were asking a dumb question every time we asked something. Charging $100/day for a golf cart rental is wild behavior. Half of the splash pad didn't work and the ground needed a really good pressure wash. The hours of everything is odd - I've never stayed at any campground where the camp store closes at 4pm? Our last KOA 2 weeks ago, it closed at 7pm and their shuttle went until 9:30pm...so having a "shuttle" to the beach that stops at 3:30 in the afternoon is dumb and useless. Very unimpressed - will not be returning and we also do not recommend.

Since it was December I only booked a few weeks before but I'm sure during peak season you'll have to book earlier. There are 100+ sites that have a concrete pad with a picnic table and fire pit. Check-in was simple but know there are two entrances and one is locked until you get a code. Devon at the front desk was very friendly. She shared some area activities and restaurants. The park was clean, well organized and there was a lot of large RV's. It has a beautiful view of the intracoastal with decks, a trail around a small pond, kayak rentals, dog park and activities hall. We missed all their Christmas events but enjoyed walking around and hanging out at our site. We used the fire pit every night for dinner. They also have a bathhouse with separate bathrooms which was nice but could use a little refreshing. The staff was awesome cleaning the grounds and they even had daily trash pickup from your site. We will definitely come back to this park.

Gave me the impression that is not a customer friendly campground. I wasn't given the discount because I didn't ask for it, no refunds after the site has been reserved, no credits either. Upon arrival we were waiting to be checked in behind a Class A rig by the gate house and due to the size of the Class A I could not read the tiny sign indicating that if there was nobody at the gate to come inside, finally when that rig moved I realized I had to go inside, another 5 or six minutes wasted after 3pm no big deal but it adds up to my initial disconformity. The place is huge! I have never been to a campground with over 1000 sites not one hundred but one thousand! Very hard water but that is not their fault, city water. Got to our site and it looks ok but but but it is not concrete and it is not gravel, it is a combination of dirt sand and leaves. That tells me the site may have been vacant for several days and the 25 dollar fee is not even justified because I am not rushing employees to clean up the site that just became available the day of my arrival. Dirt and sand, no problem as long as there is no rain because I brought my 14 X 14 rug but guess what it rained all day the day before our departure and it was a bit of a mess even if we take our shoes off inside the coach. We didn't partake in any of the amenities available like the water park and the corn hole etc because of the convention we were attending here and BTW the facility we were given was very nice to accommodate about 80 plus of us. I take one star for the fact that my site wasn't quite level and for the dirt, it is not even gravel for goodness sake. I wouldn't call it a resort unless every site was concrete Would I come back? Yes just because the beach right there a few feet from the sites that are closest to the Information Center where we gather every day for our conference. It turns out they give a discount but they won't offer it to you unless you ASK for it and because I didn't ask at the time I booked they refused to refund because it is run by a corporation with dozens and tens of dozens of employees. Inclined to take two stars but because I had a great time with our new friends at the convention I am leaving this place very happy and wishing to come back when it is not raining ALL DAY with a bloody mess on my shoes with all the dirt and sand. Water park inside for the youngins but the dirt and sand prevents me from calling a five star resort but a four star campground
