We solved everything and 'escaped' with 16 minutes to spare. It felt like it was more going through motions instead of solving an escape room riddle. Also in the lobby, there was a promotion for a discounted gift certificates, and when I asked about it, they said it expired, and although she asked the manager if he would honor it, his answer was no, even though the promotion was still displayed. I booked just for two of us. The experience was extraordinary! Since we were the last group, when we finish we continue to talk with the owner. We learned that is a family owned business where they design all the puzzles. I definitely recommend to visit! No minimum participants (although some puzzles requires two person working together). I will surely visit again!

We returned last weekend to do The Mausoleum. It was a blast!! The puzzles were very well thought out, pretty difficult and the ambiance was a lot of fun. Theming is super important to me and they do it right here!! Andy was our Escape Master and really made the experience that much more enjoyable. His enthusiasm and wit were perfect for when we needed a hint to make it to the next section. He was kind and personable and never made us feel stupid, which I think is pretty important. Escape RI is really an adventure for those who take part of it.... The staff sends you into a themed, immersive game space filled with puzzles, and you have to solve them all in order to "escape" within the hour. Now after the pandemic, all games are private, so you only go in with people you know. The are several room and several types of experiences! While you play, the venue is being constantly monitored by a trained Game Operator, and an emergency exit is always available in case of discomfort or actual emergency. You are never locked in a room. The lights may get dim at some points, but there's no (intentionally) spooky music or sounds, no frightening pictures, and certainly no one is going to jump out at you. All surfaces are sanitized regularly by the staff. The base price to rent one of the rooms is $79 which includes two admission tickets, which is also the minimum number of players needed to play our games. Each additional ticket is an additional $29 per person. Each room has individual capacity limits. The smallest game room can hold up to 4 players, two of the game rooms can hold up to 6 players each, and the largest game can hold up to 10. Our group needed some help in some of the rooms with the puzzles and clues, so you can ask for help and the operator will help you with hints. At the end of the game, we did not Escape, but it was a fun experience about teamwork, leadership, puzzle solving, and much more.... LOL...

No problem, we are easy going and hey we had a beer and we're just happy to be out. The place was awesome, great beer selection, great set up, booth, and even had individual nest thermostats for each booth. It was awesome. We assumed since we got in 20 mins late, that it would just roll over til 5:20. At 5:00 on the dot an employee walks and yells "HEY GUYS 5 WRAP IT UP" Okay, I thought he meant 5 mins just a heads up...okay it's early but no worries. We said we would finish the hole...10 seconds later "HEY DID YOU NOT HEAR ME LETS WRAP IT UP GET OUT" At that point I was pretty frustrated...did he just speak to us like that? So we headed out and I said to the guy, thought you meant 5 mins sorry! And he, to be quite frank, was a miserable A Hole. We left, and he pushed us out ASAP. I went to check out with the guy we checked in with! He charged us for the full two hours. I asked "did we actually get in at 3? We definitely didn't." He said "please swipe" and I also said the other employee was incredibly rude. He didn't care, I swiped, still tipped the guy and left. This place had the worst customer service I've ever seen. We are a group of 20 something dudes out drinking, we aren't Karen's. We don't care if you needed us out at 5, that's fine! The way they spoke to us was uterrly insane. And so weird. The place was awesome but to be honest we aren't coming back. It was absurd and surreal how douchy these guys were. No chance we go back. So fun! Went today with my sisters and thought it was so fun that it is in the Factory of Terror…read morebuilding. Staff was super nice! When you enter you're guided through the trials by a trial master. Aaron was awesome!! We had so much fun. I think if our group was a little bit bigger it would have been even more fun. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun experience that puzzles and challenges were great. Go check them out!
