The first time, I was sent a text less than 25 minutes before the showing stating that the person that was running late and needed to reschedule. There was no communication at all thereafter for other scheduled and confirmed showings when nobody showed up to open to unit. There were multiple prospective tenants waiting to see the property and had confirmed their showing times as well. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of everyone's time.

There have been lights burned out for 6mths, that they wouldn't fix, CA Edison has no record of them calling to rectify it. The homeowner has to do everything. There is NO neighborhood watch, but you're not allowed to have your dog protect your home when people are trying to break in. Nope, not allowed to bark even when kids are shooting crap into your own patio. Stay out of this neighborhood, everyone is putting their houses up for sale (the lucky ones that can get out). The homeowners drive way to fast in the alleys, & the streets- watch out kids!
