    The wall before the repair Jaime put the plastic down before starting.

    This company was sent to repair holes in my wall after a plumbing repair was completed. I share a common pipe with my neighbors they needed to go thru my wall to repair the leak. I wasn't thrilled with the idea of having holes drilled into my wall and I don't like repairmen in my house they are usually way too messy. The company sent a repairman named Jaime he arrived on time and he was professional his expertise far exceeded my expectations. For a gal with OCD issues he put plastic on the carpet and taped everything in place. The repair process is really interesting the repairs are undetectable this man was awesome he did everything step by step and the process went smoothly. He took a short lunch break and came back swinging into action he smoothed a substance on the walls and let that dry for 15 minutes then he came back and did a spackle spray process that matched everything. When the repairs were completed Jaime cleaned up and removed all of the plastic and tape he carefully rolled up the paper to contain the dust and went outside to further clean the walkway of paper dust plastic and his supplies. Management reviewed his work and Jamie was thanked and on his way. Jaime was awesome I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others. Don't believe any negative reviews my pictures prove the quality of the service. My carpet cleaning is next. Lol

David and Ron with Assembly are two of the most dedicated managers I have met in LA. My family is no stranger to property owning; we understand "the good and the bad and the nightmares" of owning properties, HOA boards, and management companies. I had a pipe burst in my master bedroom, and David oversaw the remediation "by the book". It was timely, met the various benchmarks to avoid potential litigation, and was well within an acceptable time vs cost comparison, for the scope of work. Although I STILL currently have no ceiling in my second bedroom (due to a secondary issue/active roof leak), David and Ron are working tirelessly with my HOA Board and their requested vendors to resolve the issues as "cheaply" as possible for the Board. Timely and efficient might not be in my HOA Board's vocabulary when "cheap" is the priority, but I know that Ron and David have the heart and dedication to resolve issues in an equitable, fair, and efficient way. Thirty days and counting without a ceiling and active roof leaks might be my HOA Board member's "normal," but David and Ron manage that expectation with professionalism. David and Ron prioritize people, owners, and their overall investment from a big-picture POV, and that is what you want in a manager and management company. David and Ron are the first point of contact for a plethora of problems that arise daily for people just simply living their lives, and who need help getting back to their "normal". David and Ron's temperament puts them on par with sainthood. They are two of the best. Customer service is not lost with David and Ron. I hope they never leave Assembly or change condo assignments. They are a great asset to Assembly, and Assembly Management is fantastic.

Manager Melissa is amazing and very helpful. Our board of directors volunteer alot of time here and work hard trying to get things up to par. I find it a little weird to see personal laundry aired here... but to each their own. Organizations can be listed in YELP by anyone, at anytime. It only takes 5% of homeowners per Davis Sterling to remove the board. Which equates to only 3 signatures. It's not a huge undertaking and in fact never followed through with to my understanding. She changed her initials during a zoom board meeting when the validity of this page was questioned. She acted shocked and appalled that someone had the audacity to create the page while simultaneously changing her name from J.O. to J.D. The other positive review is also a former board member and on the board at the time the page was created also. Not sure what the agenda is here but Mystic Cove is NOT a business. I lived here for 10 years and let me tell you the place needs a lot of work from the roof to the garage some due to age but primarily mismanagement by the HOA and property management. The HOA dues are $325 with a $100+ special assessment for 10 years!! The only amenity is the fairly recently opened pool and hot tub. Yes, I'm aware Covid-19 had something to do with that but it had been closed for quite some time and opened for only a short time prior to COVID. J.D/J.O. and her two Pathetic and cowardly little minions do nothing but terrorize and bully the residents whether it be a renter or an owner; especially if you question something, to the point where an attorney was retained and a cease and desist letter being served. This is not just me being bitter about my personal experience; ASK THE RESIDENTS. Prior to her term as President expiring more than enough signatures were obtained to replace the entire board but primarily the she devil. Don't be fooled by pleasant dispositions. I have made some amazing friends there but there are 3 people who are vultures or as they like to refer to themselves the "small claims court posse". If you're planning on residing at Mystic Cove just be aware and be observant.
