The first time, I was sent a text less than 25 minutes before the showing stating that the person that was running late and needed to reschedule. Anna said they would bring in exterminator, they never did. The shower is way too low. If you are taller than 5'6 could be an issue. The toilet is really low. People steal each others packages. I never unpacked and didn't even cook there. I left the apartment 100% clean and perfect. They charged me $125 to repaint the apartment. I did a walk thru with Francisco and he said it was perfect. Never said anything about the paint. The guy who runs it was mad when I put my notice in. I think he just charged me to retaliate against me. Renter be aware. The roach issue is the worst part.
