I LOVE THIS PLACE! AFFORDABLE for the area! Basic Pedicure $30, gel mani $45 and up depending on additional designs! They have cat eye, chrome, hot gel, dip, fun designs! I honestly wanted to gatekeep my go to nail Magician but I have to give a shoutout to Diem! She is AMAZING! Most places i feel embarrassed to ask for nail color choices but here she listens, gives me options, and I leave happy every single time!!! All other staff I've had are also very kind and attentive to detail! I'm prone to ingrown nails but never with this place!

They are flexible with scheduling appointments and have got me in a short notice at times. Their price is very affordable for the quality they provide. I went here around noon last week for a regular mani/pedi with polish. I wore my flip flops all day, and then in the evening I put on closed toed shoes. It had been many hours, and yet when I took my shoes off, my big toe nails on both sides were completely smudged. They clearly didn't wait for each coat to dry long enough and/or are using a bad top coat. I was pissed, and had to completely re-do them myself. I then looked at my hands and also noticed slight smudging/movement of the polish. I gave two stars instead of one because one of the girls, Wendy, was really nice and their chair massager was really good. Regardless, I will never go back here. This has never happened to me before.

Yes! 100%. This place has been super consistent in the quality of the work that they do. I've been going since 2019 and have TRIED other places just out of convenience because I moved away and after 2 years of trying to find a place near my house, I went back to them. I was visiting from out of town and needed a gel pedicure. I'm pretty particular and chose this shop based on Yelp reviews. I called and was pleased they take Zelle, I let them know I'd be by in 30 minutes. When I arrived, everyone was so welcoming. I chose the Deluxe 1 pedi with gel for $60. The service was not rushed and the tech Wendy was extremely thorough. Because I was trying to match a color, she even finished one toe completely before asking if it was ok to continue with the rest. The massage was the best I've had. My pedicure was perfect, very detail oriented. The facility was clean and there were many regulars that came in, the staff welcomed them by name. I would 100% come here again, next time I am in town. I might even go out of my way just to come here again! read more

I've been coming here for over 8 years for pedicures, I bring in my polish and have loved their customer service. Today I was yelled at by someone in the back for pointing out texture as my toes were being cured with gel polish. This is considered "being too picky". I would never walk in here after 3pm again, they were extremely aggressive! read more

My sister was visiting from NY and we went in last Friday to get a dip manicure for the first time. My sister was taken immediately by the woman doing her nails, but the man that was scheduled to do my nails was 20 mins late. When he arrived, he didn't even apologize or speak to me for the entire manicure, and then the results of his work quality were not to satisfaction. My left hand looks like it is already a week old with a noticeable space at my cuticles. And he was so rough filing my nails that they were sore for two days. It's really unfortunate because I was hoping this could be my new nail place, as I live so close. However, I don't think I will be returning after this experience. read more

If you're looking to get your nails done please consider going somewhere else. I've been here a couple of times and every time there's something unpleasant about the experience. In one occasion, the nail tech cut my skin around my toe & it got infected 2 days later. In my recent visit, the nail tech said "I'll just take off the polish and you go somewhere else to get your mani" when I asked her to be more careful with the filing since these are my real nails. Safe to say I won't be coming back here. read more

I love this place! I've been coming here for a while. Everyone is super nice and welcoming and my nails always look great. Fair pricing for great quality. Diem is my girl and she is the absolute best. I was never able to grow my natural nails until she recommended dip powder. I bartend and they rarely break, when they do it's my fault 100% from hitting things at work. But they always fit me in to fix it asap. Definitely make this your new spot and ask for Diem! read more

DIEEM IS THE BEST. My go to since I've moved to studio city area. She makes my nails the perfect shape and they always last for longer than 2/3 weeks. Even when i came to get my nails fixed because I went to a different shop and they botched them, DIEEM was able to reshape and make Them brand new. If you go in rusting them it will cost you a LOT as they like to sneak add charges, upcharge & charge for things that arent typically charged unless you arent aware. I have had repeated issues from the owner Suzy constantly DOUBLE BOOKING my nail appt time and causing longer than usual wait times. As someone in a high pressure job with little windows for self care, it has constantly put a strain on my ability to enjoy these appointments and let alone even get the service i'd planned for. I've put up with this behavior for as long as I can but ever since my favorite techs have left, I will not be stepping my foot back in at the shop. Much to my surprise the room was exceptionally uncomfortable, as if there was no air conditioning and the smell of cultural cooking waved through the room, which was unpleasant to me. When I inquired to the receptionist who said if you are unhappy with this salon you can leave. What ever happened to clean, healthy environments, especially when the services cost a fortune. If I had to give this salon a rating it would be a C as the staff do not care about the clients comfort only the money. Since this was a first time visit I left with the scent of dirty sweat socks escorting me to another salon.

First when I walked in and ask for mani/padi no questions were asked i thought the technician would do that. They showed me to a wall of very old dull nail poshish. When I said oh where are the gels and then told them I wanted powder they had to change my time to later. Handed me one book for my toes and a ring of colors for my fingers not matching. When I said can't they put a gel color over a clear powder the price went up so I opted to just get the gel but the price was raised again to remove the old powder that I can easily just peel off at this point. When I said these powder colors aren't very exciting and called them boring and yes I said it three times the receptionist got upset and startled raising her voice. I never raised mine but I was the one that was refused serviced. I usually go to very small independent salons that have a better selection of color than you do. I don't go for wild colors I'm usually really subdued in my color selection so for me to be bored looking at your colors means you really needed to step up your game. I had to tell the receptionist at one point to bring down her voice. She was visibly upset over nothing. I actually had to say this multiple times. Maybe I shouldn't have said openly that the colors were boring or that all the additional fee were ridiculous but how will you ever know a customer disappointment unless you're told. I was so disappointed in the colors that actually the first time it just slipped out. I didn't even realize I said it out loud. I realized those things aren't the receptionist fault but she refused to get a manager. And they only reason I was asking for a manager is because they were refusing me service for their rudeness. Customers have a right to state their frustration or their experience in a calm respectful manner. Someone that cares about their business would actually respect and welcome that. Yes they had a right to refused my business but let's get this straight they refused my business because I had the audacity to say these colors are boring and that nickle and diming your customers is ridiculous. Not rudely but more shocked and disappointed. I never disrespect them or raised my voice. Although the receptionist said i dismissed her which wasn't true. I was actually listening to her suggestions. There was only one gel color that was somewhat exciting. Your receptionist really needs a little more strength to work with customers. Nothing ugly or bad was said and nothing personal. Although, she was taking it very personal not only did she raise her voice but her demeanor changed and stiffened. This all could have been a hiccup in their evening if they would have just left well enough alone. I had already choosen a color by the time they got upset and refused me service. Not excited about using my gift card now. Too bad because it was a lovely thoughtful gift. One that might have gotten you a new regular person. I'm looking for a new salon since my regular person that I saw twice a month for 10 years retired and closed her business. I was one of her few regulars that she welcomed into her home after her retirement to comlntinue doing their nails. That was a lovely experience but I'm looking for a salon and yours will not be it.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

This place is wonderful in all aspects--the service, the design details, everything!! I know the owner for a year when she used to be in Burbank, CA. I was so happy to know that she was not going too far since Studio City is just next door from Burbank and until today I still make the drive just to get my Pedicure with Her And it's worth it. Usually my pedicure lasts about 3-4 weeks and I'm always itching to go back. There's usually a 5 minute but it's really not that bad because you're going to be too busy choosing what color you want for your nails anyway. I highly recommend this place to everyone.Side note:I've tried other nail salons because I wanted to save a few bucks but only resulted in coming out dissatisfied whether it's about the service, my nails, etc. I'd rather do the drive and be completely satisfied. Ok, so I have to write this review. This place is awesome. First of all, I am a guy. They make you feel right at home and comfortable from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. The shop itself is nice. It's not too, overly, fancy. Just a basic setup and comfortable massage chairs while you get your services. They have a clean restroom in the back for customers and are always very friendly. They take their time to make sure they don't hurt you. Which for me, is huge. I need someone who knows how to be gentle. I have been cut so many times, but never here. I am literally getting a pedi as I type this, so I hope I did jinx myself lol Ask for Tina and Lynn. This place is great! I really enjoy the staff here they are all very friendly. The manager Susan is a real sweetheart and she will make sure you have a great experience. I like that they are very quick and professional. I'm usually in and out within an hour for a regular pedicure and gel manicure (including time to take off gel). Serena gave me a beautiful manicure and nail art this last time I was in, I love it! She is very talented. The time before I had Hanna and Tom who are both very good as well. Don't bother making an appointment. When you show up at your scheduled time they will ask you to wait a half hour. They will string you along saying, "Only five minute more. It's okay. five minute more." Their service is not worth the wait. They may put you at the table they usually reserve for themselves to eat their lunch on. They will definitely seat you in a chair that is broken and two inches from the ground( I feel as though it was meant for one of their employees to use during pedicures). I'm defeated. I've been going to Mystic Nail Spa for about 2 years now, and that's because they're awesome...duh! Serena is their newest nail artist, and I cannot say enough how FANTASTIC she is. Serena was an absolute perfectionist and was sure to get my nail shape and color exactly how I liked. Hannah always does my pedicures, and like Serena, she pays close attention to detail and is genuinely the sweetest person ever. They always have the best colors, most precise paint and file jobs in town AND the customer service is A+!!!!
