To seek out a professional who has expertise in this field. Being in Canada, and specifically Nova Scotia, there aren't usually a lot of options to pick from so we looked up companies in the Halifax area and came across the website for Data Analyzers. We chose to work with Data Analyzers as they're policy for free assessment as well as their turn around time as the competition stated 1-2 months turn around and we simply could not afford to wait that long. Upon further inspection we discovered they have safeguards in place in their policies. Not for them, but for us as the customer should they fail to retrieve the data effectively. As well the remainder of their policies seemed entirely reasonable considering the circumstances and the relative fragile nature of the work they do. I spoke with Gene Devaney and he was friendly, informative and upfront in what to expect. He didn't act like a salesman, more like customer support before we were even their customer. We decided to pull the trigger and sent our NAS system to them for analysis and recovery. We were notified almost the moment it arrived in their facility and were given numerous updates throughout the day as the analysis was completed, as well as during the recovery process. I can't say enough good things about them. We paid for the service, as well as a hard learned lesson on our end, but the team at Data Analyzers was professional, courteous and prompt. You can't ask for much more when you encounter a situation as potentially stressful as losing everything. We have yet to receive the package in the mail with our data yet, but unless everything goes haywire I can't imagine there would be any need to redact the compliments I've given in this review. It was overall a great experience and we are quite happy we chose to work with Data Analyzers over their competition.

I ran into nick, the owner while working out across the street at the tire factory. we saw him…read moreinstalling a surveillance system and wanted to see what was going on. we talked for an hour, very nice guy, knows his stuff about computers and electronic stuff, he fixed my email on my phone in 5 minutes for free just cause. i hired him to install a surveillance system for my house to monitor my mother (elderly) and also my dog (big). for 750, he installed a 4 camera system and a dvr box with a huge amount of recording space. i now get notifications about motion on each camera and i can monitor my mom and dog wherever i am from my iPad and iPhone. he does a ton of stuff, and boy can he talk your ear off about words i have no idea about, but it sounds awesome and expensive lol. its not really a retail spot, but he does moving for businesses or something, i didn't ask about it in detail, but looks like its a pretty legit operation.
