    Taken outside the restaurant

This restaurant was the best way to end our trip to Montreal. The food was amazing. We had the Greek salad and the watermelon salad - both outstanding. We shared the shrimp saganski, Greek sausage and spanakopita - the perfect amount of food for 2 people and all 3 dishes were excellent. The wait staff and bus people were particularly skilled (the kitchen is in the basement and we had birds eye view of them running up and down the stairs). They were all delightful. Would highly recommend

Had dinner at Mati after discovering the spot on a food tour. Food was delicious, service was great, friendly staff and great ambience. We had Greek salad, roasted eggplant dip and the main plate was the 24 hr braised lamb neck, which is the reason that we went back for dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything went extremely well. And the great hospitality was much appreciated. We snuck in and ended up @ the bar in the back and it was amazing. Even met some wonderful tourist like us. The owner or manager was super nice w extra shits and desert. Made us really feel like we were regulars. This is excellent high end Greek Svc w a French Montreal twist. I can't wait to return and a very memorable dinnerrrrrr. Food speaks to you. The fish was prefect tender and so fresh. Branzino Ask for the bar in the back it like going back in time to a hidden bistro.

This new Mediterranean restaurant that opened in Old Montreal was a perfect one for me to visit while on a work trip. The ambiance is very intimate and inviting. I went with two other coworkers. Since it's meant for you to share dishes, it was a perfect opportunity for us to all try different things. Two of us ordered the whole Branzino to share. The fish was so tender and flavorful. I also got a side of the lemon potatoes. The lemon was pretty strong but it did not take away from the taste. We also got a side of Pita with the Melitzanosalata (eggplant). It's an acquired taste and is served cold. The star of the show was the Greek fried cheese that was presented over an open flame that the waiter prepares in front of you. Overall, all of the food was good and I will definitely be going back the next time I'm in Montreal!

I never knew octopus could be so delicious before I tried the grilled octopus here! It was so tender and juicy. We also ordered the whole cornish hen which was equally excellently prepared. The fresh pita was also divine. 10/10, please do come here and give their food a try! You won't regret it.

We can't say enough good things about this place! Having been to Greece this year, we were surprised at how much this experience felt and tasted like we were back in Greece! We were warmly welcomed and treated like family. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, a very friendly staff and delightful manager. The food was excellent! Numerous delicious choices for vegetarians. We stumbled upon this place because it was near our boutique hotel on the same street, and we are so happy to have found it! We will certainly be dining here upon our return to Montreal! A must try.

Having walked past this restaurant for several day, we decided to try it for a quick lunch and it didn't disappoint. The food was fresh, the drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was great and our waiter was attentive. We enjoyed every dish we ordered.

Great service, great food. Why go to the Mediterranean when you can go hear? Coming from someone who just went there!

It's a beautiful restaurant, they cover a wide area within the hotel, including a lounge area, a more cocktail bar area, and a full restaurant set up. The beauty? They cover anything you might want. The downside? They're busy and usually severely behind schedule. I've been with great, consistent staff and I've been and left after 20 minutes of no check in. It can be hit or miss, but when it hits? It hits. They also provide the food that you order up to your room, which is probably my favorite part. Hotels rarely offer the same great menu to your room and so I always know when I've had a long workday that I can just get the same great dinner and lounge in bed after and avoid people. They also are great at getting breakfast to your door early, which makes trips to Montreal so much easier, especially if you're going for work. They always have a great selection of drinks, full bar so they offer everything, and the bartenders has been the same for at least a couple years. They're really nice. They do a good job. Ask for the food, it is always good, and the part I love is that they're very good about allergies when you mention it to them. They offer gluten-free bread and they change out ingredients. I've never had a bad meal or snack. So even when sometimes the weight is too long I know I'll be back another day and I'll have something great.

There is a bar in front with lounge style seating. It was eclectic and the music had a French twist. I ate lamb the first night and steak the night after. Both delicious but I liked the lamb better and the nioch was a nice touch. The thinly sliced fries with the steak was difficult to eat. The octopus was amazing and soft. Overall great and attentive staff and good food.
