    Steak Americano

Attended a work lunch here...my first time. Some colleagues had been before & gave positive feedback. I sampled some queso, it was thick (which I prefer over too runny). I ordered the Steak covered with queso & side of rice & beans. Three tortillas came with order. Food was delicious. Those seated next to me were pleased with their orders. Our party consisted of about 20-25. Servers were efficient & nice. I'll definitely come again, restaurant is more spacious than it appears on the outside. Parking seems limited. But we parked in Julietta Market's lot, so just a quick walk across the street.

Got food to go, and it only took them 25 minutes! The place looks super colorful and fun from the outside, so we'll have to go back and try the margaritas! The fajita taco salad was delicious - loads of fajita veggies, juicy pieces of chicken, a good amount of guacamole! Their salsa is a little weird, it made us think of marinara sauce (maybe there was a lot of oregano) and it was pretty thick and goopy.

Carne asada and entrees were delicious. Decor was beautiful with nice prints. Our waitress was attentive, helpful, and made an outstanding jalapeño margarita.

Three of us here for lunch. The place was decorated festively and ready for Valentine's Day. Each table had fresh flowers. From the lunch menu, We had a taco salad, that was large with grilled onions and peppers. I had a chimichanga with rice and beans it was covered with cheese sauce. The food was delicious and good size lunch portions. They have a happy hour.

We love this place! Living so near, it's on our regular rotation but would still be a destination meal If we lived farther away. Clean, quality, great vibe and wonderful family-owned business. Friendly staff and a great menu at reasonable prices.

There is the ordering line and just a headed up they don't serve meat products. All dishes are vegetarian. You get to select 2 from the list for a meal ( as they are smaller portions ). They have some great dishes and savory tastes. They have beer and wines available; nice selection but not abundant- but when you have good selection in the first place you only need a smaller list. The hummus appetizer is awesome and great with the focaccia bread but I'd get at least a double portion bread right away. The porter was very good! If you're in Lexington stop here for the experience and some good food and drink!

The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. Especially for the hype and the line you wait in. Service is okay, kind of friendly and was incredibly slow to get food out. After waiting for 20-25 minutes we stood by the kitchen window to wait for our food to come up, we overheard people coming to pick up food and being told they were out of items they ordered and to choose something else... from the already VERY LIMITED menu. I was struck that they were allowing orders to go through for items they didn't have.. Anyways, the couscous salad was great. The lox and kohlrabi salad was mid with soggy bread. The pretzel was decent. Seating in the garden was viby - I'm assuming this is why everyone hypes this place up. Overall very pretentious. Walking around the greenhouse and seeing the plant prices is LAUGHABLE. As a gardener, these prices are insane and you can certainly find great plants at a much better price elsewhere. Again, pretentious. I've experienced their garden seating so I don't think I need to go back when visiting Lexington.

It's hidden almost like a speakeasy, tucked away…read morebehind Arcadium bar, and the reservation system is quirky, almost exclusive (this place does offer a monthly membership option, but it's limited availability). Favor is the passion project of chef Wyatt Sarbacker and features a small rotating menu. While the burgers and empanadas are always on the menu, other items change seasonally or according to availability. Wyatt prides himself and Favor on using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and building an eco friendly, environmentally sustainable culinary experience. The space is intimate, mostly counter seating aside from one large community dining table in the adjoining room, but it's bright and welcoming. The kitchen is completely open and you can see everything Wyatt is doing as he prepares your meal. And this is an impressive one man show! It amazed us how Wyatt made it look easy (though I'm sure it's not). He was preparing multiple dishes from multiple orders simultaneously and delivered them promptly at a great pace that allowed us to enjoy each dish without feeling hurried. We ate almost every dish on the menu. Dish sizes vary, some small, some larger, but it worked out wonderfully that there were three of us, as we could eat in a tapas style, sharing all of the tasty foods. The empanadas were first, and come with a rotating sauce accompaniment. They were soft and hot, and the filling was delicious. I can't remember the filling, but I remember black beans were involved, and it was actually one of my favorite dishes. Such a compact, juicy, savory bite. We also had the lion's mane mushroom, made with pea shoots, lemon, and creole mustard. This is a mushroom served like a crab cake. You could really taste the earthy mushroom flavor and the creole mustard was the perfect addition. We also had the crispy Brussels, made with shishito peppers, onion, and maple miso dressing. Wyatt did Brussels sprouts incredibly well. Often you go to a place and they are burnt or charred and have that taste. These were cooked to perfection and had a smoky, yet sweet taste. And who could resist a giant plate of fries? These fries are fresh cut potatoes and my dinner companion compared them to the famous "Five Guys" fries that everyone raves about. The true star here is the curry ketchup. No ordinary ketchup, this thrills the tastebuds. We were excited to hear that Wyatt will hopefully be releasing some of his own sauces soon. We also had the cheeseburger, which is a smashburger. I have complained about the smashburger trend endlessly, as I tend to like a thick, medium burger. But this burger was VERY good. Melted with cheese, on his HOMEMADE buns, this one gets a pass as "one of the good ones." We finished up with chocolate chunk cookies, which were served hot with ooey gooey melted chocolate chips. Made with rye flower and bittersweet chocolate, as well as cranberries, poppyseeds, and sea salt, this cookie had such a unique savory flavor. The more we tasted them, the more we loved them. I'm not a "sweets" type of person, so this type of cookie is ideal for me. I wish I could have bought a dozen to take home to my husband. You can get cocktails from arcadium, right by the restaurant, which I've reviewed previously. They make light refreshing daiquiris and gin gimlets, which is what we ordered. My companion liked their old fashioned. Prices for Flavor are insanely well priced. Despite this experiencing being worth so much more, prices range from sub-ten dollars to 18 dollars. Wyatt was warm and welcoming and interesting. We had an amazing evening and have already discussed when we would come back, who we would bring, or whether we might have next year's birthday bash there as a private event. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening, Wyatt, I am glad I finally figured out the reservation system!

Even though theres no menu on the website, we were excited to give it a try anyway & reserved online. We were debating between the French resto or this, but since their voicemail was full & we couldn't get a hold of anybody to cancel so we went ahead. BTW this place only requires reservations and needs a credit card to do so, otherwise a no show is $30 charge. Seating is limited, I'd say max of 15 people at a time. It was difficult to find this at night as this was at the back of a bar. We drove around the area and found the sign luckily. They don't serve alcohol but they are associated with the bar on the front so you can get your drinks there. The menu was very limited, it probably changes periodically bec I don't see the same food posted by other yelpers. The chef prepares as you order. We tried the rangoons, brussel sprouts, and mushroom campanelle. The dishes were just okay, we were not wowed. The campanelle (pasta) was creamy but lacks flavor and could use some salt. They're okay portions and can be shared (that's what we did) since there's not too many food options.

Service was fantastic and pleasant. The only criticism I had is that the red onion in my omelet was bitter. But no one's fault, sometimes onions are very astringent. Everything else was delicious and well made. Oh and we got the house made cinnamon roll for the table. This was delicious. So buttery and gooey with cinnamon. It's enormous (easily shareable between 6+ people) and absolutely delicious. The Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was a close second at 9/10, a great classic executed really well. The Banana Bread Latte was an 8/10 -- very good but ask for it less sweet. The Iced Cinnamon Bun Latte and Eggs in Heaven both landed at 6/10. The latte sounds incredible on paper but the cinnamon bun flavor didn't quite come through, and while the Eggs in Heaven dish itself is a good concept, my eggs were unfortunately not cooked to my liking. We really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying our breakfast! Service was good, a little slow but they were very friendly!
