The day Brian was supposed to come I rec'd a phone call from Brian asking if I live in a condo. No, I live by Pizza Hut. A few minutes later, Brian calls back. Are you a business? No, I live by Pizza Hut and Firestone. Oh,ok. A few minutes later Brian calls back, where are you. I give him my address and again tell him I am by Pizza Hut and Firestone. He says, oh, I put in the wrong street. They sounded the same. Maybe, but from call #1 I said I live by Pizza Hut. He finally gets to the house to measure. Tells me I will receive a call by Friday with my estimate. Well, Friday came and went no call. I ended up calling on Wednesday and the girl who answers the phone had to keep running back and forth to find out the estimate and when they were going to install the carpet. Finally, the day of installation. Suppose to be to the house between 7-8. Well, 8:30 no show, I call R & B no answer I leave a message. 9:30 no show, 10:30 no show, I call and leave another message. At 10:45 I finally get a call from Brian the owner who tells me he had installers call in. We have to reschedule. Three strikes. No offer of anything off. I am sorry but being the owner when your installer called in, he should have been in the store seeing who had a delivery that day and get on that phone. Not 3 hours later. I have posted this on FB and several people have said they hoped I cancel. Well, I didn't. I did have it installed despite the very poor management skills. The carpet is beautiful however I went to pay, and the installers have no way of taking a charge. So I had to call R & B. This is one messed up business.

The installers cut up all my door trim as well as my door jams leaving nine doors interior and the…read moresliding door exterior with huge gaps that are i throughout my whole house. I have video of them, bring the multitool in the house as well as sound clips of them using the multitool on all my door jams and trim. They are denying they used it. They're willing to come back and add a quarter inch to the flooring then put my step gaps out of building code, and would have to take my countertop off to my dishwasher in the future. I have several emails back-and-forth with them. I insisted that a higher up manager calls. It's been two days now have not heard anything from them.
