This review is long overdue. I've been coming to this salon for several years now and the technicians here are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. I've visited at times where it was almost closing hours and they still insisted on taking me in even though I offered to come back another time. The service is always great and services are reasonably priced. I come for just a basic pedicure which will run you $30. The building could use some TLC, it's a bit dated but other than that everything is great. read more

So I was just in the area a friend had an appointment next door so I decided to stop in to get a refill while i waited . Lynn did my nails & she did such a great job ! Absolutely love my French tip thank you dear ! I wasn't super sure about my toes as they hadn't grown out as much i just wanted a good foot scrub & when I tell you guys Cindy scrubbed & filed them so well !!!!! Man couldn't even tell I had spent two days running bare foot on the beach !! My heels looks so great ! & of course I got the French toes with the diamonds on the large toe ! Okay I really debated on whether I should leave a review or not because the customer service was perfect. However, the job just wasn't. A friend and I were in town for an exam and needed to de-stress after. We called around for places that were open because it was getting late. He said if we got there by 6:30, we would be fine. We got there at 6:28. We could tell that one of the girls was annoyed. My friend got a pedi and solar nails. I got a regular acrylic full set. Normally, I get SNS because everyone's paint job is not all that. But, I had to get my nails done a week later, so acrylic was the best bet. The nails were looking great--good shaping and application. But the paint was so rushed that hours after the fact my nails never dried. I knew it would be an issue when he kept promising us that if they messed up we could come back. I literally took a shower 3 hours later and my nails and my friends pedi were destroyed. I'll give them another chance if I'm in the area, but I would rather them turn me away if they are ready to go home. read more

I don't even like doing reviews but this place has high prices for the type of results you get. My service was a full set with gel and it was 65$. The shape is supposed to be square but it doesn't look professionally done, it looks like you're just starting to do nails. The gel is coming off after 1 week also. I came here 2-3 times but stopped because each time I came, I was pressured into getting more done than I wanted (even after saying no) and was left feeling disappointed each time. Pedicure was great, manicure... not so great. Guess which one I didn't even want done in the first place? The shaping on each nail was different, the dip powder wasn't done with precision so it just looked messy and rushed. If Lynn had done my nails, maybe it would've been a different experience, because people seem to love it when she does their manicures. I was excited to have a nail place such a short distance away but I'd much rather get my money's worth and go somewhere else where I am not constantly coerced to get more services done than what I came in for. It's cheaper than the heights but not worth the price. read more

The prices were good but the pedicure I got wasn't satisfactory at all. The guy who did my pedicure didn't file my toenails evenly, he didn't thoroughly clean my toenails, he massaged my feet and legs like as if he really didn't want to do my pedicure. I have been going to Lyn for my "dip" nails for over 7 years. I have had my nails done at many salons over the years, both in and out of Houston and I can say that Lyn is THE BEST!!! She's a lovely woman and very good at what she does. I dk how she does it but, on occasion, I've had to go weeks wo getting my nails done and they seem to last forever!! Yet she doesn't put them on too thick o they always look natural. The very first time I walked in this place the people greeted me like I was family. I've never been to a nail shop that had friendlier service. These people have become apart of my family as far as I'm concerned and give great service! I came in today for a pedicure and they were so excited to see me they offered me wine. First off, they accepted me 30 minutes before closing which was really nice because every other nail salon was saying I cannot come in. Secondly, Lynn does nails so well and she is the sweetest woman ever! She painted my toes, waxed brows and did this amazing full set all in an hour! It's my second time back because how could I not? Lynn did an amazing job! She's a life saver went in for the first time, WOW Im so happy to have walked in, she was busy and still made sure that I felt comfortable and treated me great, I didn't feel rushed at any moment. She was very gentle on my nails, made sure to remove the acrylics without damaging my real nails. Decided to do powder on my natural nails the second time around for the first time and I've gotten so many compliments. This nails shop was pretty basic as far as the inside was. A few pedicure massage chairs. And a few nail stations. Not very impressive, but to be honest. Who needs all that fancy set up to be disappointed with the service. This place definitely was no disappointment when it came to customer service. The staff was extremely friendly. My birth name is TiJuan. And if I tell you the nail technician/ building maintenance/ maybe owner? Said my name about 20 times. Which was the funniest thing; and it laid a good foundation for a worker/ customer relationship. I'm all about good customer service. It wasn't s very large place. So I definitely would recommend making an appointment. They give you a 2 week guarantee on shellac. Which was the first time I have ever heard of a 2 week guarantee. Every time I come here the service is excellent. Rarely any wait time at all and I'm always happy with the results. The delux pedicure is really nice with good massage. I've gotten gel nails here as well and never had any problems, but of course they'll fix for free if you need it. The picture I've included is pre-quarantine after FOUR weeks with dip nails on. They were still in great condition, only pulling at the base on 1-2 nails and only slightly. At other places I have experienced them pulling up after only 2 weeks if not less. The price is reasonable. I'm so happy that they are back open now and if you're looking for a spot in midtown with kind people who do a great job, go visit them! read more

I'm new to the area and N and T is conveniently located near me. I went in at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday and had to wait for almost 30 mins to get seated. There was only three customers in there so why did I have to wait so long? Lynn did my dipped powder and it came out so mediocre. She didn't clean any of my cuticles and the polish looked unprofessional. Five days later one of my nails chipped! Lynn only applied two coats of dipped powder which with my prior experience nail salons put three coats. So the next day another nail chipped and broke. Lynn did say if the polish chips they would repair it for free but come on now, you should be able to do a good job the first time around. I paid $45 for a messy job. I'm so incredibly disappointed because this nail shop is located in a great area. I've never received such horrible service. read more

I REALLY like this place. It's really close to where I live and the people that work the place is SOOOO incredibly nice. They do all types of stuff... the usual which mani pedi but they also do eyebrows facials and they're really good on being realistic on time. I love walking in and not having to wait forever or needing to call or book ahead of time to be seen. Sometimes I just come when I can and every time they are able to see me. I love that it's never packed. There's always one or two people in at a time, which is nice and quiet. The prices are affordable unlike other places that have increased in price.
