I've always been pretty active, but recently my right hip started causing me pain, to the extent where I couldn't sleep well and anytime someone mentioned hip surgery, I thought I was a candidate. After various xrays and ultrasounds and seeing a chiropractor, my doctor recommended me to come to N Care Physical Therapy. These guys are great! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They obviously know what they are doing. Abraham's program helped me strengthen my muscles (that were long forgotten) by increasing the challenges every week. He listened to me and made specific adjustments. I learned enough to confidently do the exercises on my own (something that watching youtube videos has never been able to do). Love this location! They work with you one on one, very knowledgeable and super clean facility. They use K tape to help with your surgery recovery alongside with warm packs for the area in recovery. They really work with you making sure that recovery is easier and smoother. when making appointments you have to do it in advance because they are super busy at this location. read more

Unbelievable. I got prior authorization from insurance who listed N Care as an option for physical therapy. Unfortunately they don't answer their phones. So I drove to the low budget strip mall facility next door to Goodwill an there were 4 staffers an no patients. Startling. None of the staffers approached the vacant front desk to speak with me about scheduling. I force my insurance company Anthem Blue Dusl Advantage to provide OON (out of network providers) to place my appointment elsewhere. With all of the available physical therapy offices in LA select another one. read more

Horrible communication and rude attitude from the receptionist. I called to inform the office of a late appointment arrival. Receptionist never stated a 10 minute grace period before canceling but argued with me that she did. My call was on speaker with the patient and never gave that information. After shattering and dislocating my right knee cap in late January, I had surgery February 21st. As I was going through PT at a different facility, I was approved for Myofascial Release Massage and the insurance company assigned me here. My second appointment was with Frank, who knew exactly what I've been through and what I continue to go through. He had a similar injury at a very young age, which is why he got into the profession. I immediately knew I was meant to be here! In my opinion, Frankie is the best part of this establishment! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he's polite, professional and he has compassion! He always has a smile on his face and he always finds time to say 'hello' and ask me 'how's the knee?' When great customer service is hard to find these days, it's always nice to see Frank. Dealing with the orthopedic office (will not mention) was horrible. The experience, a nightmare to say the least. So we thought, when they referred us to NCare, that it would be a nightmare as well. Was a Complete 180. I've been taking my mother here a dislocated shoulder & knee pain. First off, the entire staff are professional, kind, and pay attention to their patients' needs and concerns. The Front office girl with Pink Hair will give you attitude and will keep harassing you over and over while you're with your PT. When you get an authorization from your health insurance group and they authorization 8 or 12 PAID PT sessions in the time frame of 3 months and N care physical therapy will only give you maybe 1 session per week at the most you will never be able to use up all the 12 PAID PT sessions with N care physical therapy because they keep adding more and more new customers in per week when they can't even treat the clients they have already. What is the point of the health insurance group issuing an authorization for 12 PAID PT Sessions for 3 months when you're only going to get booked up for many a few PT sessions in 3 months never finishing the first authorization . I got scammed big time from this N care physical therapy company and will never go back or recommending them. I was treated like trash and talked to over the phone like trash flipping out on me and trying to blame me that is was all my fault for not using up all my 12 paid sessions when they won't even allow you to book multiple appointments per week. Don't try to blame the customer with the medical necessity that is ready to go multiple times a week and getting BLOCKED by their screwed up scheduling that is booked up for weeks and can't get in per week with jacked up hours. If you have a medical necessity you will never finish your sessions that are paid by the health insurance or get your medical necessity FIXED by N Care Physical Therapy. read more

Hi. We took my elderly father to N Care Physical Therapy for leg pain, and Thomas and Frank were wonderful! They were so patient, professional and kind, taking the utmost care with him. Thomas was a saint and these guys know what they are doing. Thomas even put Sinatra music on to get my dad moving and he loved it. It choked me up a little. As of now, my dad's pain has diminished. If it returns, we like knowing we have them to go to. What a comfort. Highly recommend. I'm very careful about who I trust with my mom. Frank stood in when Abraham wasn't readily available and was also professional, friendly and polished in his expertise. Abraham took the lead for my treatments with a plan addressing my lower back pain. The customer service (Mr. Jesse & Chris) is a worst experience I have ever seen. Some medical records were requested and it took almost five months and we are at square zero. Mr. Jesse never comes on phone, if he picks up by mistake he puts on hold and then hangs up. If you ask for supervisor, he is not available. Unbelievable. read more

I would give this place negative stars if I could. What a waste of time. So, my daughter gets referred to this place by her pediatrician. I call them and nobody picks up. It just rings endlessly. I call back a couple hours later and leave a voice message. Three or four days later I haven't heard back, so I call again and the front desk person answers. After apologizing for not returning my call, they book my daughter an appointment for about a week later. On the appointment day I take my daughter out of school a few minutes early, then fight my way through traffic for about 40 minutes only to find this place closed. Locked up tight. I called 4 or 5 times. Nobody answered. I knocked on the door. Nothing. The next day I called to ask what happened and the front desk person says, "Didn't you get a call from us canceling your appointment?" What a joke. Whoever owns this place should overhaul the staff if they want to stay in business. read more

I was having severe back pain due to a disc extrusion. This lead to immense leg pain from sciatica issues. Thomas and his staff (Tamra and Frank) were everything I was looking for and needed. Parking: There is a paid parking lot on site. It's a large lot but there is FREE street parking right out front! Staff informed me of that quickly. Office: The business card/address took me to the wrong room but it was easy to find. It's not the best or biggest office I have been to but they have everything you need. They have a few offices and I have views them online. Those are top of the line for sure and I would not let this hold you back from visiting this location. Staff: Very kind and professional. Always a great experience and I look forward to my sessions. Experience: This is what matter most and is what has me leaving 5 stars. They knew exactly what I needed. I have been to other PTs, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and back specialist in general; nothing compares to the improvements in mobility and pain that I made here. This place has been a Godsend to me. I was injured in a very nasty car accident and my way of life was compromised. I had trouble showering and using the restroom by myself. I couldn't put my socks or shoes alone. I would wake up in pain and go to bed in pain. At the end of my work shift I could barely even walk. THEN I FOUND N_Care Physical Therapy. Eric, Anna, Chris and Mierna are ALWAYS so helpful.. when I first started I was asked what I wanted out of PT and it was to not go to sleep in pain and wake up in pain. And these guys did just that for me. They showed me exercises I can do to strengthen my body and things that used to be impossible for me to do on my own I can now do with ease. At first the the massages used to be torture I was in so much pain I couldn't imagine things getting better and they promised as long as I did my part I would heal. And I am. Every day has its challenges but I couldn't imagine how life would've been without N_Care PT. I get emotional just thinking about how bad things were. And I honestly can't Thank these guys enough.
