This is my first time getting my nails done, and I love them! I originally wanted hibiscus flowers, but my nails were a bit too short, so we chose a different flower design. A very pretty lady with brown hair and black roots did my nails, though I didn't get her name. I have small nail beds and paid around $60 for the length and design. The salon's interior was very calming and relaxing.

Really really wanted to love this place because they do incredible nail art. I got lots of compliments on the work. Unfortunately after the last experience I won't go back. On an average I am at the salon for 3 hours because while they are working on you they are also working on three other people. I stayed for three months because the art is great but the time I spend and the money just doesn't add up. I gave two stars instead of one because the nail art is on point. Today a gentleman did my toes, cut my big toe pretty badly and the paint job was horrendous. Definitely the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. I'll need to go to another salon for a polish change because the results were so bad. Sitting in the chair while getting a massage I felt groped because he was going up my thigh. So $93.00 later not including tip and I'll need to get the polish replaced. They also advertise they take card payments but when I paid asked for me to bring cash next time. I won't be back.

After giving this salon a few different tries, I'm not sure I will be back again. Every experience seems to get worse and worse. A few weeks ago I called to make an appointment and when I showed up (early) I asked if I could sit and soak off my gels. No one even started to help me until almost 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and by then it was going to take too long so I had them take my nails off and I left. When I returned a few weeks later to get gel X extensions I had a good experience and was happy with the work by Tiffany. She did a really good job with the design I showed her. Fast forward to today, I walk in on a Saturday afternoon and the place is empty which isn't a good sign. I ask for a gel polish change only and they try to talk me into getting a fill which is an additional charge. My nails were grown out a few weeks, but I asked them to just file the base of the nail to smooth it out and put gel polish over it. The owner/manager was very pushy and other employees got involved which made me feel uncomfortable. I let him know that I am a licensed cosmetologist so I understood how it works and I just wanted the gel polish. The girl doing my nails seemed like she was annoyed and was very rough while filing my nails. Mind you they were reusing implements that should be disposed of between each client. The nail design could have been neater, but I could tell the nail tech was nervous. The manager seemed to disappear after that and my service went on ok, but I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I could tell other employees were talking about me. Despite all of that I did leave a $10 tip because the girl who did my nails took her time and tried her best to do this design. And you can't even tell by looking at my nails that there is a slight dip where the gel X nails had grown out.

If I could give 0 I would. I have no clue how this place is so highly rated. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT SANITATION! THEE WORST MANICURE IVE HAD IN MY LIFE! I had to tell both people to get new tools because they were trying to use tools with someone else's cuticles on them! He cut almost every finger. Doesn't say anything then put some blue liquid on it and it starts to burn like crazy! He painted my skin and left it. One of my fingers is still throbbing from the cut being so deep. Do not recommend at all! Disgusting!

My first time coming was superb! Kept in contact through Yelp where I made the appointment for a pedicure and manicure set. The lady that took care of me REALLY did an amazing job! The color blend was gorgeous and my nails were so beautiful, toes and all. Perfect for my birthday getaway. However, I decided to get a fill instead of removal about 3 weeks later. The man that works there did it. First he said it would be $15. Then he bumped it to $25. Then he mumbled something and said $40. This was all within 45 seconds, so I was pissed. I went with the $25 considering I never had a fill before. But I know it sure isn't $40. My set was $40. I was hoping he could blend the green into the hot pink which would have been lovely. But he covered the pink area completely and didn't know how to blend. The job was terrible. Plus, the fill was bad because they started lifting again within 2 days. Total waste of money. They get 4 stars for now, and I'll try to ask for the same lady I had the first time. She did so well!

If your looking for a nail spot in chino/chino hills this is the place to go. I've been getting my nails done by Tracy for 3 plus years the quality and price of her work is absolutely amazing. I'm never disappointed, they don't over charge you like some places do ( adding $5 to everything) they are upfront with their prices and work. 10/10 recommend asking for Tracy and making an appointment before hand, you won't be disappointed.

I came in on a Tuesday to get my nails done. I got gel x and Hannah was the one who did my nails. I loved the nails Hannah did for me, she is really good and always kept making sure I was satisfied with the nail throughout the process. They came out looking beautiful and the way I wanted it. Not only did she do a great job, it didn't take as long as I expected. It is located in a plaza so you don't need to worry about parking. I am definitely coming back again!

I have been a client of Tracys for many years. She has recently moved over to this salon and I refuse to let her go so I followed. It is very hard to find a consistent nail tech. I come in with my pictures or ideas and she never fails to deliver. Tracy is the absolute best, give her a try you will love her. I went to a nail salon at the Victoria Gardens and got a full set. It was horrible. They were crooked, lumpy and looked like a failed diy. They tried to fix them but the more they tried the worse they got. I came to N Nails and Spa the next day and They were able to salvage my nails so I didn't have to pay for a new set. Van did my nails and did an amazing job. She took her time and saved me money. I highly recommend this place and will be coming here from now on. They have lots of dip colors and actually know what they're doing. read more

My daughter went to N Nails and Spa this past Saturday to have a nice relaxing pedicure with a friend. The gentlemen (and I am using that term loosely) who was assigned to do her pedicure, I believe his name is Kim was incredibly RUDE. He made fun of my daughters legs and said she had football players legs.....WT? Seriously what the heck is wrong with people. He didn't stop there ........ he was full of insults and backhanded compliments. He even made a derogatory comment after asking her if she wanted gel polish. When she answered "Yes" I always do gel polish. He said great so you can come back in another 3 to 4 months. This comment was of course made after he told her that the callouses on her feet were going to give him a workout. Seriously, HORRIBLE customer service! This place is a HARD PASS for my family and I!!! read more

I went here at 4pm on a Saturday. Everything was clean, I was greeted right away and asked to sign in. I waited 10 min before I was called. I got a French tip pedicure. The man who worked on me was very young and good looking. He took his time and paid a lot of attention to detail. My nails came out sooo perfect! I couldn't be happier. The price was also incredible for the service. I'll definitely be coming here in the future. read more

Worst gel manicure I've had in my LIFE, twice! The first time I came here was a few months ago around July, and the guy who did my nails did a terrible job. He was in a rush despite the place being completely empty, and wasn't giving my nails enough time under the lamp, also doing the polish super thick instead of thin like it should be. The polish was full of air bubbling and clearly not cured all the way through, and the color was off compared to the one I chose. I was very disappointed when it started chipping a day later but I didn't go back to complain. Fast forward to the beginning of October and I come back for a gel manicure and get the same guy. Again, the polish was applied quickly like he was in a rush even though it was the first opening appointment and only one other person came in. The polish was once again bubbling and lumpy, and started chipping the very next day. I called and told them and they had me come in the next day to get the polish "fixed". In their opinion, fixed was having me come in so the same guy who clearly doesn't know how to do nails can rush me in between his other clients, only fix the 4 nails (yes 4 after one day) that chipped, and then try to tell me it was my fault for typing wrong (I do not use a computer keyboard btw). He once again rushed it, and I left and the polish lasted a whole 2 days before chipping, and there was a literal dent in the thumb polish. I gave up at this point and filed it all off myself to find sticky uncured polish underneath. I know for a fact they have people who can do nails because my gel pedicures have no problems both times around, and the first lasted around a month or more, it's just the manicures that they cannot do for whatever reason. One star for the pedicure at least being great, but I will never return and waste my money on an overpriced manicure that can't last a day. read more

They did a great job on my nails but charged me $3 extra for different color nails but no design, when I asked why I was being charged $3 extra Lisa yelled at me and was super rude. I was very upset with this because I was just asking why I was being charged extra. It also didn't make sense that I was charged $3 extra since I did not get a design. Overall the nails were good just not getting yelled at lol. My lady was also saying how rude Lisa was to me. read more

Awful! Waste of time and money, very expensive Mani and Pedi, top coat was not quick dry and they didn't make sure my nails were dry when I left. I went to lunch and 1/2 hr later, went back to get another coat of polish as 2 of my nails got messed up. Girl made me wait, then did something that messed up my nails even further. No top coat, and no dryer used, so I put a fast dry top coat on at home. Was too late by then, my beautiful manicure is now all bumpy. Spent way too much money for this. I won't go back to this place again. If you go here, make sure you bring your own fast dry top coat. read more

I had called an made an appointment with Hannah a week in advance for a gel manicure. Upon arrival I told them I had an appointment with Hannah and was told to take a seat, sometime later another tech comes over about to do my nails. I mention again that I had an appointment with Hannah. She finally comes over to do my nails and I tell her what shape etc I want. The shape was not consistent across nails and my manicure was rushed. The polish on my nails is was bumpy. Less than a week later my gel nail polish is already chipping off. read more

Like any other EWC, there were appointments available with no particular specialist. I was booked with Shaely for a Brazilian. It was a little difficult to find, only because I had never been to this location. However once I saw the signage up top I knew what general direction to walk and eventually found it. When I walked in on 5/20 at about 4:30, I was greeted by the biggest smiles from the 2 receptionists. It set such a pleasant mood. It was a little dim but it was near closing time so I didn't think too much about it. I walked up to their wall of products after being checked in and filling out the waiver. I noticed new products on the shelf (especially the new ingrown mist they have!) so I wanted to see what that was about. Before I could read the bottle Shaely came and got me for my appointment. When I walked in I let her know about my lack of dry brush usage due to not packing it when traveling and that I did have an ingrown! Shaely was incredibly gentle, working around the area AND she even brought up the products I was just looking at. Very disappointed with the service I received today. I was referred to Hanna last week by a friend of mine and I went in on Tuesday to make an appointment for Saturday I met Hanna she scheduled my pedi for 10 am on Saturday. When I arrive today at five of 10 Hanna told me that a woman just walked in and wanted a full set of nails so she took her. She hadn't started the woman yet but I guess she could make more money on her then on my pedicure she also told me I'd have to use someone else. If this is the way she treats a customer referral I just wonder how she treats someone off the street.
