The lady who did my nails was nice enough, but she cut me twice, which was pretty painful. The manicure was sloppy - she missed the sides of my nails, and the mini hand massage was rushed and felt more aggressive than relaxing. Honestly, I could've done a better job myself at home and would have enjoyed it more. I definitely won't be going back there again.

Since they have been under new management I've had no issues, I would come in on occasion for a pedicure or manicure. The most recent time I came in I got a pedicure and it wasn't that busy, a lady joked around with my boyfriend saying his eyebrows needed to be done, my boyfriend asked if it was free and she said yes she practically forced us into getting a wax done. We only intended on getting my toes done. She did both of our eyebrows and he made sure to ask if it was free. Then when we went to pay they tried to charge us an extra 25 dollars for the wax, and then said they were joking when they said it was free. They ended up only making us pay 55 for my pedicure but they made us pretty uncomfortable by telling us something was free and then crowding us when we went to check out. Besides for that mishap the pedicure is beautiful and everyone was super friendly and it's very quiet, I've loved coming here growing up.

I went in on Sunday and got a full set and my eyebrows done. while I was there the vibe of the place was chaotic. there was kids yelling the whole time and the only person trying to keep the kids calm was an older girl that was there. I haven't even had my nails a full week and 4 have already popped off. im usually careful with my nails and can keep a set on a full two weeks but I guess they didn't use enough glue or something. then on top of that I got overcharged because I was told it would be $40 but was charged $59 and my eyebrows were only $7. I approached this establishment at 1:20pm. The guy in the front chair told me it would be a twenty minute wait. The space is small so I waited in my car. . Thirty minutes later I decided to go inside bc someone should be finishing . I waited INSIDE an additional 30 minutes before asking when I would be seen. First I chose a golden color, but the way the tech put it on my hand made it look transparent and I didn't like it. I asked her almost 5 times to make them shorter and she kept suggesting that when she filed them they would get shorter , whatever . Not only did she give me nails that weren't the same length, they are poorly shaped . Again , please don't waste your time .
