I called a week in advance to make an appointment and they said I was too early and I should call the day before. I ended up calling two days before and they scheduled me. They were good at practicing social distancing, however I noticed some weird things. When I was getting a pedicure, there wasn't a screen between me and the worker, but there was one with the girl across from me. They also checked the temperature of certain girls when they walked in, but they didn't check mine. Nail techs also were not wearing gloves when doing manicures. During the pedicure, the woman cut me a few times. She ended up leaving a scratch on the polish and leaving calluses on the sides of my feet. I was happy to see the other woman start my full set during my pedicure. We eventually went to the chair and she started doing the acrylic. She sighed when I showed her a picture of the design I wanted. I should have known she didn't know how to do it. I saw her spray alcohol on one of the tools, but I don't think that's the proper way to clean nail tools. She also cut me three times while doing my nails! She cut herself as well. There were young girls messing with the polish and she kept looking at them while working on my nails. She was definitely distracted. The nails don't look ugly, but it's not what I asked for. She forgot that I wanted my eyebrows waxed, so I reminded her. It was the only good part of this whole experience. In total, I paid $103 for them to do mediocre work. On top of that, my nail was really sore the next day from the cut. I've been putting alcohol and ointment on the cut so it doesn't get infected. I was considering getting my lashes done here, but I'm so glad I didn't. The service isn't even on their menu, but she said she does strips and individuals. Moral of the story, I'll be doing my own nails for now on. I'm DONE with these nail shops doing below average work.

The lady who did my nails was nice enough, but she cut me twice, which was pretty painful. The manicure was sloppy - she missed the sides of my nails, and the mini hand massage was rushed and felt more aggressive than relaxing. Honestly, I could've done a better job myself at home and would have enjoyed it more. I definitely won't be going back there again.

Do not go in the afternoon around 5:30 PM they will be busy and will rush their work. I had to wait about an hour to get service and which was fine by me everyone has to wait their turn but the fact that when it got to me they rushed everything. When applying nail polish you can see the errors and the nail lady that attended me was really rough with her work and when I would tell the nail lady to fix it she would get a attitude but would try to hide it through her face mask. She rushed me and didn't even let the nail polish dry up as soon as she finished one coat of polish she proceeded to apply nail polish on the same nails over and over again. On the last clear coat she rushed and left it ugly. She also rushed me to move to the pedicure isle as well so she could start on the next client. And I also applied butterflies to my ring nails and I got home and as soon as I got home they started pealing off and I've never had this problem before with any other nail techs..DO NOT RECOMMEND! Especially for the price. I advice you to go early in the morning that way you can avoid all of this. I learned my lesson after today And will not go here or anywhere else in the afternoon.

Instead of properly cleaning and treating it, they simply put gauze over it to hide the bleeding. When I later removed my pedicure, there was still dried blood left from the incident. I also had acrylic applied to my toes. For the $70 they charge, you would think they would know how to do it professionally..but nope. When I had the acrylic removed, I discovered they had applied acrylic onto my skin, and it ripped my skin off during removal. On another note, if you care about your cuticles, do NOT come here. I'm missing part of the cuticle bed on my big toe because they were so aggressive while trimming. They cut into the living skin surrounding my nail, and now I have inflammation because of it. I was curious why this place is never busy and wondered if it was one of those hidden gem salons. It is not. I will definitely not be coming back for the sake of my skin, nails, and cuticles!!
