They provide each client with a new unopened package of nail files and scrubber ect for customer safety and sanitation. I liked that. I chose the #3 which was an upgrade option pedicure $35 and the manicure was $15. They also have lower cost versions for the pedicure, if your watching your coins that day. I got Chi who did a wonderful and thorough job on the Signature Spa Pedicure w/Cucumber Fresh Scent $57. It included 10 minutes feet massage and 5 mins shoulder massage, along with paraffin wax. This was my first visit, and I had shellac done two days ago. While I was still in the chair, the…read morenail tech had to redo all of my nails because the polish dried with visible lumps throughout. The technician blamed the issue on me for "scratching my nose" instead of keeping my hand under the light, which was both rude and inaccurate, as the problem occurred on both hands--not just the one I briefly moved. Even after the redo, the polish did not cure properly. Less than 48 hours later, the nails are still malleable and the top layer of polish is already flaking off. Although I could return to request a redo, their website notes that refunds are not offered--only corrections within a limited timeframe. Given the experience, I do not feel comfortable returning or spending additional time on a service that should have been done correctly the first time.
