The dresses are all dirty & makeup stained, you cannot take photos & they upcharge all of the gowns compared to the other store I went to. I would never recommend the vibe or service here to anyone.

Over the course of 5 weeks, I had messaged this store 4 times to ask if they had one specific wedding dress in store and if so, could I schedule an appointment to try it on. I also tried calling but never got anyone to pick up the phone. Not once did this store bother to respond to my original message via their portal or any of my follow up emails to the email address listed on their website. I understand that they must get a lot of inquiries and sorting thru messages probably would take a while. But still no response after over a month is far too long and literally shows that they are unprofessional and really don't care. Also charging a bride $50-100 just to try-on in stock wedding dresses is wild for this level of a boutique. I have paid fees so that a specific loaner dress could be shipped to a store if they don't have it in stock, and I absolutely have no issue with that. But changing a bride to try on dresses you have already in store is just ridiculous, tacky and not common in the area for this boutique's price point.

While I was looking around the three of them stood in the middle of the store chatting. My guess is based on what I was wearing (again, nice) likely made them deduce that I couldn't afford their clothing, nor was I the right clientele. Guess what? I could more than afford that store. I have bought many of the brands they carry from other stores. My husband and I have a HHI that I predict is well beyond any of their's including the owner's. That, however, should not matter. How unfortunate it is when people judge others so harshly and wrongly. Shame on all three of you women who were in the store today, August 3rd at approximately 2:30. My husband and I recently moved from the Gold Coast downtown. I can tell you employees at the stores on Oak St. (far nicer than Sweet William) were always welcoming, friendly and helpful. So many beautiful options and luckily, not only had ready to wear lehenga but the option to rent and/or buy! I fortunately found the perfect lehenga, and quickly placed as order for expedited shipping. 2 days before I was set to fly out for the wedding, I received a call from Neeru informing me my lehenga was unavailable! Panic almost set in before she offered me an even more beautiful lehenga and would overnight it so I would have it in my hands. I was concerned as I had never tried it on before but I am so happy Neeru came to my rescue. Not only did the dress fit PERFECT but I received the best compliments. I now regret not buying instead of renting, as of the date of this review, I have been invited to yet another traditional wedding.
