A ring I ordered turns out to still be a little too large and the store manager, Leilani suggested a half a size smaller and then had a special on a Ko'a Diamond one that is being closed out and on sale. So they located one, the last one in the company In Florida, in my size and it's on its way here now to make sure it's the right Koa color to match my gorgeous bracelet. The earrings I got for my wife's twin sister were perfect. I got my wife a pair and then realized, these were earrings to match a ring their late father got them in high school. I realized I couldn't just get my wife a pair and not a pair for her sister too. She's going to love them as much as my wife does. We're waiting for the ring from Florida to see if it matches my bracelet and then they'll ship all to me in California. Leilani, thank you for stepping in and suggesting I go even smaller, Andrea, Dorri and Ashley, thank all of you so much for assisting me. I highly recommend your store and your brand. The second part is disappointing, I purchased the koa wood cross on May 20th 2026, and six days later the chain clasp broke. Shouldn't happen with so called fine jewelry. Now this wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that this is my second piece of jewelry that I am having issue with. I purchased a Black pearl bracelet in June of 2026, the magnetic clasp broke a year later, I brought it into the same location, they sent it to Honolulu and six weeks later I received the repaired bracelet only to have the magnetic clasp break again. The issue appears to be the quality of the product, I don't know because I read good reviews too, but my experience has soured me on the product if it weren't for the great customer service of the Manager.

This was one of the worst booths at Spouting Horn. I am here on a study abroad trip and my group…read morewas treated horribly by the woman runnning the booth. She was so rude and when many of us tried to negotiate due to very cheap materials and high prices, she said this wasn't a charity with the biggest attitude and acted like we were such an inconvenience. She was the only booth not willing to negotiate, although she had much cheaper quality than most of the other booths. One of their silver rings that you could get at a silver booth all over Hawaii for like $40 costed $100 here! They also clearly bought in wholesale (meaning their products should have been cheaper) because we saw two bags of 30+ of one type of ring as well as tubs behind the booth that we believed were full of more of those bags, except different jewelry. My friend ended up paying the ridiculous price for one of their rings and not only did it turn her finger green, it bent out of shape. This place is completely overpriced, uses cheap materials, and rude staff. If you are really set on going to spouting horn, I suggest you avoid this booth.

There have been galleries in this space for years. This gallery is pretty much evenly divided between fine local art and fine, mostly black pearl, jewelry and both are attractive. I chatted a bit w/ Jen, the charming gallery manager. She's from the Bay Area and has been here about 7 1/2 years. As people walked in she greeted them in friendly, welcoming fashion. Of all the beautiful paintings in the gallery there was one lovely painting of a road into the Kauai Coffee Company plantation. It was very compelling, pale, foggy and interesting.
