Also opting in for the lamb chops, I found these to be perfectly grilled and incredibly tender. These were grilled closer to a medium-well, but still remained juicy and packed full of flavor. I imagine they keep the buffet very mild to avoid being too spicy for timid diners but I consistently leave wishing I had a little more zing to my dinner. This last visit we ordered some Chicken Moma off the menu as an appetizer and they were AMAZING.
