    Grilled chicken torta

Customer service was amazing! Ambience was nice too. But the food was so bad respectfully. Guacamole for the chips was very limey and sour, consome tasted like nothing, corn had no flavor, cheese in the chicken quesadilla tasted rubbery, grilled chicken in the torta was very plain and the ingredients felt cheap. The bread for the torta was decent. The chips weren't bad. But for the price and taste, I wouldn't recommend this place.

What a fun place! If you love Nacho Libre and tacos this is the place for you! The staff was great- funny, helpful and knowledgeable. Tacos were delicious. El pastor is what you want. Only downside was that the place can be loud due to the tall ceilings. We will definitely be back on the weekends for birria tacos!

This place is a must try! The chips and small salsa were complimentary. I ordered steak tacos, Mexican corn and pintos. The place was clean, the servers all made sure you were taken care of and it was super clean. The owner was working his tail off as well as the servers. It's a great place for tacos and great service.

    Bathroom decor is awesome.

It's such a quaint location and we love the patio option. Friendly service. The starter salsa was amazing- had a flavor like we have had in central Mexico. Food has excellent flavor! Very authentic. The portions are a bit small so if you are a big eater it can add up. We will be going again and again!

This is probably the most underrated restaurant in Ooltewah. The Hispanic food is truly authentic, the owner and his wife are wonderful people doing right by their country. The service is great and the food is even better! I have now tried almost everything on their menu and everytime I order a new dish I'm pleasantly surprised that the food is even better than the last. They have a unique and wonderful variety of traditional Hispanic salsa's from multiple parts of Mexico and South America. Truly one of the best places to eat in the Collegedale/Ooltewah area. The only issue with this place is that you run out churro lava cake when you're scraping the bottom of the plate trying to get the last caramel off. Easily the best weekend eatery there is for Hispanic food in the area!

Our food was tasty. I felt like the nachos were better than the birria tacos I got. The tortillas were very soggy. The Mexican Corn was delicious. They were busy but the staff were attentive and kept our drinks refilled.

Hostess too busy talking to work.

Hot new place with funky mexican wrestling vibe. Good tacos, fresh salsa, and excellent service.

I ordered the Carne Asada, which is usually my "go to" when I eat at a mexican restaurant. Wait time wasn't so bad. The chips and salsa were good too, the tortilla chips were crunchy and salsa was flavorful. But unfortunately, my Carne Asada fell flat. I asked the beef to be cooked at medium but the beef was tough and overcooked. I was surprised at how dry it was. There were some pieces of the beef that were decent, but overall just too overcooked and dry for me. It was pretty disappointing actually for my first time here. Service was great, they were attentive and checked up on us from time to time. I just felt like the Carne Asada price at $17.99 did not correlate with the quality of meat at all. The other sides were good, like the avocado, beans and rice. And the overall portion size was great too. But for the dish as a whole, I can't justify the price for that. I've been to other mexican restaurants in the area with better Carne Asada that I'd choose in a heartbeat. Despite that experience, I'd come back here but I'd definitely order something else.

So finally after all these years, I came here with my dad. Service was fast and helpful. There are many tables and places to sit. They have a large menu too. I ordered the Beef Chimichangas with all the sides, and my dad had the Chicken Fajitas. Food came out pretty quick. I will say, the portion size is incredible. The price is reasonable depending on the time you come for lunch or dinner, and they give you so much. For me, I love all the sides and some places tend to give a meager amount, but not this place. And they didn't even cheap out on the guacamole amount too. I had some to take home at the end, so I was happy about that. Although the food was decent and plentiful, I will say that it lacked flavor for me. It wasn't amazing in comparison to all the Mexican places I've tried around the area. And also I guess from eating Mexican food in California, I have a high standard. Like I reiterated before, great portion size but a little disappointing regarding the flavor. It felt like it was missing something, maybe a little salt but also something more that I can't put my finger on. I'm not sure if I would come back.

Decor is simple, but plenty of seating and even plenty of large tables for large groups. We were seated promptly and given salsa & fresh warm chips right away. Salsa is something we're particular about. This was great salsa! A little more cilantro than I prefer, but still edible for me. The heat was perfect- between a mild & medium- maybe closer to medium, but didn't make my mouth burn after eating a bunch. The tortilla chips were white corn, thin and crisp. Not salted, so I salted each of mine before dipping in the salsa. Also, they bring a bottle of salsa and 2 bowls, so we each had our own bowl for double-dipping. We both ordered chimichangas. He ordered the ground beef, I ordered shredded chicken. They came with cheese sauce poured over, and served with refried beans that also had a little cheese melted on top (I really liked that!), Spanish rice, and a pile of shredded lettuce with pico, guacamole & sour cream. I really liked how the chimichanga was just a single one and wasn't too huge. It was still more than I could eat! But I'd rather have a reasonable size meal at a reasonable price, instead of a huge meal for a huge price, that you could never finish. I ate 1/2 the beans & rice and maybe 1/3 of the chimichanga. That was a very good chimichanga. It was packed with meat! And the meat was juicy & tender. I loved the cheese sauce on top. Our server was working very hard to serve quite a few tables. It took him a while to take our order after bringing our drinks. Because he also had a huge party of 20, that he was serving. He was nice and our food came out very soon after we ordered. The next time we travel here to Chattanooga, we plan to come back!
