Had an awesome experience at Dos Bros' new location! They did a premiere night for free, so I ordered a Chicken bowl with the Queso combo. Chicken was delicious, and the rice was very well seasoned! The queso was creamy, and not too thick, so it paired really well with the chips. There were workers, as well as the manager and the owner, coming around to make sure that we were satisfied and that everything was goin well for us! Food poisoning !!! Terrible!! We went 06/03/21 This is the second time we have gone there and the first time it was dirty and the food was terrible. This time we both got food poisoning. The floors are filthy and the food that you have to pick to make your bowl or taco or burrito look like it was sitting there all day and staff just doesn't care. We went on a Thursday around 3.30 pm. It's obvious the management is letting the young staff do nothing. We just should have walked out but we were stupid and paid for it. I have been going to this Dos Bros since it opened and it had always been great. Good size portions for the money. I didn't mind paying more because it was quality, fresh food. Today, however, I was very disappointed. Everything served was in a very skimpy amount. When the server scooped the measly one scoop of meat into my bowl, half of the chicken stayed in the scoop... And they didn't even try to add any more. I had to ask. Seriously! Then, every topping added was the bare minimum. Compared to what a bowl used to look like here, this one was pretty sad. Visited this restaurant Saturday and Sunday for their opening events for the Ooltewah community and SAU students. When I first heard about Dos Bros, I thought was similar Chipotle, Moe's or Salsarita's... I had to find out what the hype was all about.. After meeting with the owner, Kush, I learned that his company is better than all of those others combined. He graciously gave me (and my friends) a tour of the restaurant and I learned that made their restaurant stand apart from the others: the quality of their food (for example, they soak their chickpeas overnight).. I ordered their steak bowl the first night and absolutely loved it.. I'm not a big fan of steak in general, but I will definitely be ordering that again. It was flavorful, had a nice kick, and had the right amount of chewiness to it. The second evening I had their chickpea and sweet potato curry bowl and I honestly did judge this item by its looks but wanted to try one of their vegan options. I'd have to say that I liked it. I wasn't expected a curry option at a Mexican burrito place but I liked that it was different. I'd recommend that one to my vegans/vegetarians out there. Friendly staff, great owner, good food. I had pretty high expectations for this place given the newness of it and that it seems to be such a hot Trend right now with all the college students in the area. I ended up getting the spicy tofu Bowl ~ I was a little sad that they only had a spicy tofu option instead of a regular tofu option as I am not a big fan of spicy. But later I discovered that the tofu wasn't really spicy at all - believe me, my spice tolerance is very low. Personally I like this, but I'm sure there are others who like their spicy tofu very spicy. I do admire the look of the place and absolutely adore at the wall art and fresh plants and outdoor seating. I also loved that dos Bros caters to vegetarians - a great idea especially since they are in a major Adventist area. Ha. I got pretty much everything on My Tofu Bowl and when I sat down I immediately dug in. These guys did an excellent job with shoving as much food into a bowl as one could. One thing that I did not like was that the brown rice in my Bowl was a complete salt bomb. I wish they would have rinsed it or something because it tasted like someone went to pour some salt in and the top fell off and all of the salt in the Shaker went into the rice and no one did anything about it. I'm still giving these guys 3 stars because I figured that not all of their brown rice is that salty. I was a bit put off because the rice is a big part of the dish and it kind of ruined the whole thing, but despite that it was still pretty good... as long as you kept the salty rice on the bottom of the bowl and didnt eat it. Honestly, DosBros reminds me of Chipotle with a few less topping options but more base vegetarian options. It's nice to have a place like this near here though, given that the nearest Chipotle is very far away. I would give it another chance, but if I can't rant and rave about the food for a restaurant... well... I think that speaks for itself. read more

We visited Dos Bros for the first time today. The employees were a little unorganized behind the counter. Tons of people working but all the empty tables were dirty when we went to sit down. They weren't super busy. The burrito I ordered was like $9 and then they charge $3.95 for chips, queso, and a drink. So lunch was basically $14!! There is nothing special about it. It's just like Salsarita's (which is about $3-$4 less for the same thing). We're also getting a Mo's soon which is the same thing also. How many burrito places does Ooltewah need? I can go sit down at the local Mexican restaurant for lunch, eat unlimited chips & salsa, get a hot plate of more authentic Mexican food, and pay the tip for the same price as Dos Bros meal combo. I'm not impressed with the food or the prices and probably won't go back. read more

I work at chipotle so thought I'd try this place and compare. First off the food was amazing, but not as spicy as chipotle. The chicken wasn't as good and there was a bone in one of the pieces. The queso was better here and not spicy at all which is fine to me. They have a thing Monday's where you can get an entree for $5.95, and I think chips and a drink are included in the meal which is definitely a plus. The music here is much more tolerable than at chipotle, I would actually call it music. My only complaint is the employees. They're not very friendly and don't look very presentable. I was sitting down eating and could here a couple of them getting a drink in the lobby and complaining about customers they had today. I could hear them clearly from across the restaurant! The tray they put our food on was also dirty and had food on it. They don't seem to take customer service and cleanliness as serious as chipotle. But the food is excellent read more
