It seems like a trustworthy place, other customers come in and seem they have had great experiences there. My experience tanked when I got into my car and there was a lot of dirt all over my break pedal and mat, my instant thought was that I just might have not noticed it before but then I realized the wet dirt on the break pedal drying up.

We.called AAA and all they could suggest was to tow it into town. Every dealer and auto shop was closing up and we were told the earliest any one could look at it would be Monday even though we were 200 miles from home. We called Joel, he came right away and diagnosed the problem. He started with the easiest fixes hoping to save us time and money, but it turned out to be our starter. We towed the car to his car at 5 pm Friday night and he had it fixed, and us on the road by 8:30 the next morning. He worked on the car until 1 am to make sure we'd make it home on time. His price was reasonable, his workmanship was excellent and he explained the problems as he went. We were stuck and skeptical of how we were going to fix the car and Joel was patient and professional. He's great to do business with and we recommend him 100%.

We were stuck at an off road location in kettleman city. We had a front wheel drive sienna and got…read morestuck on the powdery soft soil and tried desperately to find wood and twigs to give the wheel traction to dig out but finally decided to call AAA and the other towing service J&D came out but told us that they couldn't get us out because they only had two wheel drive. Long story short, AAA recommended for us to use a commercial towing service which is why we went with Pacific Towing. They were at the next city so we waited about 45 minutes for the driver Willy to get to us. He got some skills though. He walked the whole pathway to get to us so that he doesn't get stuck also and reversed all the way to tow us out to the main road. He was a friendly fella and turned our dire situation into a brightful event so that we can make our way back home.
