Tucked away in an upcoming plaza, Naf Naf has finally arrived. Came in when a little after opening. Lots of to go orders but no one in the restaurant. Greeted instantly by a friendly gentleman. He explained all the various items in detail. I went with getting a bowl with chicken shawarma which came with a pita. I also got a side of fries. The fries were made to order so I had to wait a bit. They were very hot but a tad salty. The pita wasn't warm and rather hard. The spicy hummus in the bowl had a kick. The rice didn't have much flavor but the chicken was good. I asked for a sauce for my fries but that took almost 5 minutes to get since there was only two people working. I would come back to help support a local but they need to figure out timing and not over salting fries. read more

Had an excellent first experience at Naf Naf (takeout). We went in to order and experienced excellent service: very friendly, patient yet efficient, and knowledgeable staff who talked us through the menu since we hadn't been there before. It is a fast casual style place where you can build your own bowls or pitas. Portions are generous (and every bowl comes with a fresh pita on the side), and all the ingredients are fresh, bright, clearly well made. They've got a variety of sauces you can try, as well as sides: their specialty fries (almost like a combination between curly fries and wedges, they were very good), chicken tenders (these were *excellent*-- crispy breading and juicy, well cooked interior-- you can get them as a protein on your bowl or pita or just on their own), etc. The space is clean and inviting, too. You also have a choice of fountain or bottle drinks. All in all, this seems like a great addition to the neighborhood: fast, healthy options, casual, and professional. Okayy, so I ordered a custom bowl from here for lunch. They were running a buy one get one deal with Uber Eats, so why not. They have generous portions in both bowls which was nice. You know how sometimes when restaurants do a buy one get one, the portions are smaller than what a normal portion is? Well these were both normal portions. I opted for the basmati rice, chicken shawarma, purple cabbage, pickled onions, sumac pickles, and the cucumber tomato salad. It was petty good, although a good bit of the chicken was charred. It's missing something, idk what...but like if I had to choose between them and agape, it'd def be agape. Oh, but their pita bread is huge and delicious! Easily my favorite fast casual Mediterranean food in Columbus! I enjoyed Naf Naf when I lived and Chicago and was so excited that Columbus was getting one. Ordered food for delivery. Was supposed to arrive at 11:45, it was delayed until 12:45 and then cancelled. We called and the manager was extremely rude and wouldn't make the situation right. I do not recommend, you can do much better with both Agape and Mezze. read more

It is basically like Chipolte (fast casual), but Mediteranean cuisine. 'Naf Naf' means 'fan the flames' in Hebreew. Both of us enjoyed our meal. We had Falafel and Chicken Schwarma 'plates' (which include two proteins each). I had the Basmati rice, chopped salad (tomato/cucumber), purple cabbage, sumac onions, and a few of the sauces. Pitas were good, as were the Falafel, which were fried once ordered and very crispy & delicious. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and service was excellent. I want to try the Baklava and the couscous on my next visit. It's great to see another unique restaurant near Gahanna. Naf Naf is a chain but uses fresh ingredients. read more
