The hippie bowl can be modified to omit the cream cheese, spicy mayo, fried wontons and substitute the sweet soy with regular soy; but if you want to substitute edamame for the cream cheese, nope; there's an up charge. Found out the fried tofu "contains animal products" but fortunately they can grill the tofu. Sigh....Sevierville. My mom and I tried Tiger Mom via DoorDash and it was AMAZING!! The food was still incredibly hot, fresh and delicious. Some of the best crab Rangoons, fried dumplings, and this Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl was quite possibly the best Asian fusion dish I have ever tried. The crunchy elements matched with the softer ingredients, the combination of flavors, it was just amazing. It was hard to describe but you absolutely have to try it! My family ate there this afternoon, or should i say almost ate.The dish my son in law got was supposed to be bao with meat and veggies. it contained a tough mystery meat,partially cooked and tough as leather! The only veg in evidence was a slice of either cuke or pickle? It was inedible. When my daughter went to pay, she requested it be removed from the bill. She was told no way in very rude terms! Apparently, this was not a new problem for them because there are signs poster about NO REFUNDS!!! Should have checked first i guess.This is NOT the way to get repeat local business! Recently, Roll On In dropped their franchise name and has become Tiger Mom Boba Bar, with same ownership. Perhaps franchises exist for a reason, namely quality control. Previously I had been to Roll On In twice. Walked up to the counter in the back, they made the food in front of you, basically an Asian version of Chipotle, where you told them the toppings and sauces. Got the wrong order one time, but it was still enjoyable. Now that it's Tiger Mom, you order at the Boba bar, from a girl who can't describe what a sushi stack is other than that it's a "pile of rice with sushi fish and toppings that basically falls apart." Also that their boba drinks are all made from artificial syrups, and the lid machine doesn't work to seal the boba tea cups. The lady working next to her expresses similar frustration about not knowing how to make the drinks, as she "usually works in the back". There are 2 guys cooking in the back, formerly where you ordered. My order was lumpia, which weren't authentic, just very thin long spring rolls with very little filling, and the most artificial red sweet sauce. And steak hibachi which had no zucchini and less flavor. The yum yum sauce was also a strange bright orange artificial color and not a homemade consistency. Looked like canned nacho cheese and the consistency to match. Not sure what's going on here, but it was only ok as a franchise, and is worst in it's current state. $38 down the drain for a drink, springroll, and hibachi. Don't think this place is going to last. read more

Walked in seems to be two different restaurants in this small space boba bar and then everything else was greeted as soon as I walked in and seated very nice staff the ambiance is casual moderately lighted ordered steak and shrimp hibachi with fried rice well when it came out they gave me chicken and steaks not what I ordered they did not remake the whole thing only cooked shrimp and brought it to my table and told me to pick the chicken out eggrolls are disgusting. The beef inside taste really weird. The rice is bland. I do not recommend this place as for the hibachi part. read more

Wonderful service, very patient when we couldn't decided what to eat, and very helpful with our questions.Our take-out food was made quick and efficiently. There a wide variety of food and drink, and you can easily personalize most anything. I got the Hot Night poke bowl. It tastes fresh and delicious. Also got a green tea with blueberry flavor and yogurt popping boba. Wow, it was great. I got 50% the sugar, I would do that or 25% sugar in the drink, but that's just personal preference. read more

Fast service! Best crab rangoons I've ever had! Husband loved the pork belly bao. Wish they had a little extra cucumber and onion.

First time here after the new changes and I liked the extra variety of food choices. The woman at the front was nice and recommended the baked sushi bowl and it was great! The avocado was fresh.
