I got a dozen bagels for $30, which I think is pretty expensive (more than places in NYC and other major cities), especially for what it was. I got plain (3/5), pretzel (4/5), tomato basil with asiago (3.5/5), everything (3.5/5), blueberry (3.5/5), sesame (3.5/5), cinnamon (3/5), cranberry (3/5), and chocolate chip (4/5), with some repeats. All the bagels were really soft and chewy, too much so for me. The service was good, and the staff are friendly (4.5/5). This place has potential but unfortunately they continue to fall short from the few times we've tried to give them a chance. My kind recommendation from a local that wants y'all to grow and succeed - invest in technology and staff training immediately. We went on a few days that was crowded and busy. This coffee and bagel shop doesn't have true competition around, so for local patrons the options are limited. By the time we got to the counter after standing in a long line, the staff had run out of printer paper to take our order. So the team decided to handwrite our order (which then led to us receiving an incorrect order on top of a long wait) Now the food itself I give it a 4/5 (this is the potential part) As for the staff & ambiance/ atmosphere: 1/5 The staff was kind but they did not have the tools to be set up for success. To the management, stop making your staff look bad. We want to support and see yall flourish so please invest in their training and better pos technology to streamline the bottleneck at the counter. Came in by mistake while looking for another business. No regrets. Place was clean and spacious and the staff were very nice and attentive. It was only 9am and many of the bagels were already gone which tells me this place is good. I had the tomato and basil bagel and it was perfect. Much better than any bagel I have recently had. I came in yesterday morning (Sept 6, 2023 at 10:15am) for breakfast. I was greeted immediately by a friendly lady at the counter. I ordered the lox and bagel because I had never tried it, and was pleasantly surprised. The bagel is loaded with salmon and also has capers, red onions and sour cream. Personally it had TOO much salmon and red onions for my particular taste, but I'm not complaining because I could have easily taken some off; regardless I will definitely order again! I also had a cup of decaf coffee (much better and cheaper than Starbucks!). Overall great experience. It's a great little joint to sit down and read a paper, window watch pedestrians through their large windows, etc. Classy but comfy place, highly recommend. read more

Such a cute breakfast shop in little downtown of Cartersville. My husband and I tried this place while we waited for our friend get out of work. The cashier was very friendly and kind. The place has tables and couches for easy lounging. We had the breakfast sandwich with a bagel of choice. I tried the peach cobbler bagel as it was the monthly special. It was amazing! I wish I could've taken some home or on the flight. The sandwich came with egg, lettuce, bacon, tomato. The ONLY thing I would say is there is a type of cream cheese that I believe had garlic in it overpowered some of the sandwich. BUT if there is a thin spread of that cream, it would be perfect! The selection is pretty good although the price for a bagel beats the prices even in NYC (yes. This is true). The bagels themselves were soft, undercooked, and just a little lacking in flavor. They were also just fine for settling the emergency. It happens. I am absolutely biased because I live in NYC and so feel free to disregard this review. I have mixed feelings about this place. They have a cute arrangement of furniture inside. Open single room bathrooms, couches, a nice long bar at the front window and lots of parking nearby with street and free garage parking. However, the day we tried out the spot... ps, thanks for your hours... open till 4pm, awesome!!! Anyway, I wasn't awake yet when we hit the place, despite it being after noon... and I had a tinge of a headache... but I couldn't help but notice that the large room was very echoing on this day with little kids running a-muck... cute kids... but kind of loud and running everywhere, etc. To be honest, I can't imagine the Thursday night music sounding that great with the acoustics, but I adore the idea of y'all doing that on Thursdays. Maybe you could look into fixing up the acoustics a bit...??? So... but about today... the place seemed a bit deshelved... I mean, either there was a very large crowd hit... or maybe (this is more like what I suspect) that the facility could use a good once over deeper clean... everywhere, top to bottom... 'spring cleaning' The food was nice, a little pricy for some folks maybe... the maple bacon bagel was unique and delicious. The coffee was great, but when I was about to go back for a quarter cup to try the other 'rifle' flavor that was out on the counter... there wasn't any coffee containers sitting out at all anymore... and none of the staff bothered to come around and ask if we would like anymore coffee before they took the containers away... so that was highly disappointing. (PS - it was like two hours before they were to close) We hope to give this place another shot on another occasion in the near future... hopefully y'all were just having an off day. read more

Unfortunately, our first visit to Nagle bagel was not a good one. my husband popped in after seeing their sign and ordered two sesame seed bagels to go. I can't remember ever getting a sesame seed bagel that has both white and black sesame seeds. However, in this instance, it was not a good experience, black sesame seeds have an acrid flavor almost has a moldy aftertaste. Not what you want when you think you're buying a quality bagel. Additionally, the bagel was fully covered, primarily with the black sesame seeds, after one bite both bagels had to go into the trash. Good afternoon everyone I went into Nagles bagels today around 130 had the most delightful smiley young lady. Her name was Christina. She proceeded to make me one salmon, lox cream cheese, with capers and onions for there and one to go. She was so polite she even cut it in half. I just can't get over what a wonderful ambience they have there. It is just such a warm, welcoming place and the staff is so friendly, well I can't recommend it enough. Stopped in here this morning and got a toasted everything bagel with the lox and capers cream cheese. The bagel was generously coated in everything seasoning and the cream cheese had delicious, and also generous, chunks of salmon in it. I live in New York but I am visiting Cartersville for the week. When my host suggested bagels for breakfast, I honestly scoffed because nowhere else does bagels like New York, right? Well as a New Yorker, I can say this bagel was great.
