I've been coming to Arts for over 30 years, and it's truly a staple in the community. They have the best bagels around. The family atmosphere, combined with amazing service, is unmatched. I usually stop in once a week and grab a BEC or SEC on an Everything Bagel or a Jalapeño Cheddar Roll -- both are excellent. Every now and then I'll go with the Nova Lox, which is outstanding. What led me to finally leave a review today were a couple of their recent specials: the Asiago Everything and the Rosemary Parmesan. These absolutely need to become everyday bakes. I love all the bagels I've tried here. I drove nearly an hour as there are zero real deal Holyfield NY style bagels near me just a bunch of bread shaped like bagels. The cream cheese selection is divine. I love the jalapeño cream cheese. I got a bakers dozen to help with my craving! So good. Crunchy outer shell chewy inside. The bagels are great, it's the only reason I come in. My partner loves them and I do as well since I grew up in the north Service is usually just not as friendly as expected for such great food. Different folks have served me from time to time, and when I started coming here I had almost no money, I could barely afford food. My first time, the service was lackluster and if I didn't know better I'd say a little rude.... Then the lady that took my order printed my receipt and stared at my payment info/ final price in front of me, as if to shame me for not tipping on my to go order. To keep people returning to the restaurant I don't think it's worth it to let things like that affect good service. At the time, I literally had nothing.... and it was kind of hard to stand there and be treated that way. It happened the second and third time and since good service isn't consistent I just don't tip for poor service anymore when I go. Only for good service/effort with service. The food is just that good, and my partner always asks for it so here I am coming back sometimes multiple times a week. I got into a habit and I just wish it was somewhere I could go all in on financial support of their employees cause the food is so good!!!! I went to try this place and had a good bagel. I'll advise that if you bring some home, you slice and freeze them right away. They get rock hard and barely edible after 2 days. However, freshness onsite was great along the meat options. I hat a pastrami, egg and cheese. It's something I miss getting from a bagel shop back in California. Service is quick, even with a line starting outside. Lots of tables, very busy. Lots of coffee options to choose from also. Other mentionable items on menu, they have Taylor HAM and some bakery sweets. I wasn't a fan of the cream cheese. Tasted like soured milk to me. I'd stick with the bagel sandwiches. read more

Definitely worth the wait! Came to visit my good friend and she took me to this local spot, the line was out the door. Took us maybe 10-15 min to order but the food was really really good. They have a big selection of bagels and cream cheeses, it was really really good and I wish I could go back for that coffee too, we got a brown sugar iced latte. SO FRESH! An Acworth local showed me this spot that he'd been frequenting for years. There is long lines out the door but it moves pretty fast. The bagels are freshly made daily, and flavors can sell out fast! Jalapeño cheddar and Asiago were both gone by 10am. When someone takes your order, they personally make your order and when they are done they will flag you down to pay. I also tried a Pumpkin Spice bagel to go and it was amazing! Honestly, this place didn't seem much at first. However a LOT of people were hounding towards the door; to the point where there is a whole line outside! Upon entering, you are hit with a variety of scents. From the fresh bagels to the piping hot bacon, this place smells AMAZING! Service was very quick! Seating is quite limited due to how busy it gets in the morning, but once you're able to sit down and dine, everything is amazing. If you want a good, authentic bagel, here's the place to get it. Excellent food. They have all kinds of flavors and varieties of bagels and cream cheeses both; when I splurge, I have a chocolate chip bagel with sweet cream icing. Can't beat it! Sandwiches and so on are also excellent. Limited fountain drink options. You'll walk in, wait in line (almost certainly), order your food, and then pay; then you either get seated or wait for the food to come out. Prices are reasonable. You might expect a little wait, as this place is hopping, but it's fantastic. Highly recommended. read more

Great place to grab bagels but they have been struggling over the past couple of months actually getting them made. Normally stop in once a week on the way to work to pick up some for the guys. Either been having to wait or just skipping the place altogether. Was hoping it would get better but it seems to be getting worse. Very good food, but sometimes disappointing service. They don't really want you to buy a big container of egg salad. They act like you are buying too much and they don't have enough, but they sell it. Also they close their grill half an hour before closing. They already have an early closing time of 2:00. Why not cook until then? I was just told the grill closes at 1:30. If it was my place I would cook until 2 and pay my workers to stay later and clean up. read more
