I will never go back here. Ordered sushi to go and it came out pretty fast. Our plans had changed and we asked if we could dine in instead because it was more convenient (there was no one in this place and plenty of seats). The girl behind the front desk just stared at me like I asked if I could take her first born from her. It was extremely awkward (I'm not sure why this was such an issue) so we left and went elsewhere to eat the sushi. Opened up the containers and the pieces were SO small. Ordered for delivery through the Yelp app. The prices here are reasonable and the food is good. I ordered lo mein with 2 sides. Usually when I order lo mein from other locations, it is a more saucy noodle, this place was a little on the light side in color. That's okay with me, just needed to added more soy sauce for my personal taste buds. Other than that I would recommend here as a place to eat. Crab rangoon was good too, which I don't know for the rest of you, but good crab rangoon is usually an indicator for me if a place is a hit or miss lol. read more

Best sushi in the area...BY FAR! It doesn't get too busy here so service is prompt and fast. The sushi is so delicious and there are many great options for everyone - lots of vegetarian options. Love the sushi here! Such a great find especially for delivery. You can order right through the app or online and food always comes earlier than expected. Some sushi favs are the crazy rolls, mango cucumber, and spicy seafood roll. Soooo good! Also very fairly priced. Has really great food at a pretty decent price. Service is generally good. The staff is very friendly, but occasionally they well give you the wrong food so it's a good idea to check your order before you leave if you are doing take out. Specifically their online ordering seems a bit buggy. A few dished give a "pick one or the other" option that doesn't always seem to work. I've mostly used it for takeout, but the dining area is very nice. I've never seen it crowded, though I've only really been in around lunch time so I'm not sure what it's like for dinner. read more

There is a Nagoya in MARYLAND, and I accidentally ordered through this place in MASSACHUSETTS. I called when I realized and asked for a refund and they REFUSED, saying I needed to come pick up the food they made. When I explained my situation, TINA said that's n not our problem and refused to give me a higher managers number because she was the manager on shift. I am DISGUSTED with the treatment and I'm sure glad I don't live near that restaurant. I feel bad for anybody who has to go there. Awesome sushi for a great price. I get the shrimp tempura roll and it is crispy, tasty, and a great price, I cannot recount what the price was but for my boyfriend and I it's usually about $23. He gets the American dream roll which is a specialty so it costs a bit more, and we get their spring rolls which are BOMB!! we skip drinks but I know they have a couple good bubble teas and smoothies and such. I've never eaten at the actual restaurant to sit down, but I order for pickup and it's always ready promptly and kindly. They put everything you need in the bag including soy sauce. The atmosphere is tranquil and quiet, and Jen the bartender/waitress is very accommodating and always greets with a smile and is on point both with drinks and prompt service. The smoothies are great but the service and food not so much. The sushi doesn't seem fresh. I ordered a combo which you pick 4 items I didn't want lo mein, rice or pad thai so I ordered different type of sushi a d sashimi. I was with my gf so thinking it's a good deal I went to order they told me i can't share my food. I was a little shocked because if I'm paying for my food who are you to tell me what i can do with it. The service was horrible and i would never go there again the bathroom and kitchen is dirty. Was excited to try here based on the reviews and menu. 1st impression as we walked up was the door was very dirty. We still went in, willing to over look that. It wasn't busy so we decided to sit at the bar. We ordered 2 Mai Tais and 2 waters. When the bartender went to make the waters and drinks the the glasses were cloudy and full of fingerprints aka dirty. We told the bartender but he insisted they were clean. When I was first introduced to this restaurant I was very pleased. Then the more I ordered, the more my orders came in wrong. The 1st situation, they left out my husbands egg roll and I had to go pick it up, they did not offer to deliver it. The 2nd situation, they did not add another side. The 3rd and 4th situation, I opened my sushi, and it seem like the person doing them just got tired and quit trying. The veggies were falling out and the roll fell apart. Then the final straw was today. I ordered vegetable fried rice and asked them to please not add eggs to it. Guess what I found when I opened it....eggs. Went here for a date, excited because there aren't many sushi restaurants in the area. Let me just tell you, it was in the top ten of my worst dates. Entering the restaurant, an overwhelming odor of gym locker room and nail polish hit us right in the face. I thought about walking out and did not. The scowling hostess had her back to us the entire time we awkwardly stood there waiting to be seated in an otherwise empty restaurant. Eventually a friendly waiter came to our rescue. We couldn't pass up a good deal and went for the all-you-can-eat option. Our waters had specks floating in them, so we got soda instead. Not the best way to start the meal. When we got our food, the rice was plain and some ingredients were obviously frozen vegetables, not fresh. The waiter completely forgot my miso soup. The sushi was falling apart and the chicken wings looked like they'd been sitting out. The quality of meat was disgusting. The tuna in my tuna avocado roll looked dark, meaning it had been sitting out for a while. However, they have a rule that states if you don't eat it all, you're paying extra... So we did. We ate it all. The ambience was frustrating. Our entire focus was on how we were going to get through the meal, not on actually enjoying the time spent with each other. There was food all over our seats and all over the floor. The restaurant played the same two annoying songs on repeat. I now know the lyrics to "God is a Girl" by heart. Other diners commented on it, too. The restroom was absolutely unhygienic - hair, dirt, and dead bugs everywhere. The toilet smelled like something died in it and can't have been cleaned in the last five years. Like the tables in the dingy dining area, everything was sticky. After being overcharged on our meals, we went home feeling like we had a meal in purgatory. Less than an hour later, I got sick from the meal and it ruined a rare afternoon off of work. I've been coming here since they first opened and they are my favorite sushi place! They have so many different rolls that you're sure to find something you love. They wouldn't even accept their own coupon on my last visit. Terrible customer service. They once messed up an order and when I called they said the driver was backed up but I could bring it in and get another. It was late and my daughter was asleep. They said I could bring it back in the morning for a refund. So I had to leave half eaten nasty food in my fridge overnight. They're just very stingy and awful, which is such a shame because they're sushi isn't bad and they're so close to home. They're also very impatient and don't like to take the time to answer questions and when they do they act like you're stupid for even asking. But like I said the food is good and they're conveniently close so I'll probably still go, I just eon't leave tips. read more

Like a previous reviewer I used the online ordering system and it was user friendly, plus the delivery was fast and accurate. We got sushi and seaweed salad and items appeared fresh and well prepared. Big fan of this place, we'll get it once or twice a month. Great Sushi as well as regular Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Their "Nagoya roll" and "Crazy Roll" are kind of their own creations and are excellent. Standard rolls are great representations of the style. Always fresh, always quick service. Never done dine in, but we've done pick up and deliveries several times with only one issue that Nagoya made right. Fish is always fresh, we love going there. I had been wanting to try this place for awhile after driving by many times while randomly driving doing errands in my infamous city. So when my wife and I had an opportunity for a date night, we went on a Friday night much to our surprise there was no wait and only a few tables occupied with diners.. The place is advertised as Chinese/Japanese with A Sushi bar to boot.. My wife thought the Sushi was fresh and very reasonably priced. They have typical Chinese fare combination options and entrees on the menu and I went with my staple Orange Chicken and Broccoli with White Rice which was really good.. Our waitress Rachel was very attentive, had a great personality and was very friendly. She even made our Mai Tai's that were tasty and strong to my liking.. I will support any new buisness in my town that deserves my hard earned money. I hope they do well and buisness picks up. read more

I ordered the yellowtail roll with scallions, mushroom tempura roll, lobster tempura roll and shrimp tempura roll and an order of seaweed salad. Everything was delicious what a gem. I did make some changes on how i wanted them made and it was made exactly as i had wanted and for 35 bucks i thought that was pretty reasonable for what i ordered. read more

Nice place. It was clean and friendly. I only had the sushi..about 5 different kinds of rolls. The size of the pieces were tiny for the high price you pay. The taste was good...but not great. i'll continue to look around but I may try this place again if I'm unable to find another. read more
