We were there about a week ago for a friend's birthday. We made appointments there for four people for pedicures. The service was absolutely horrible. We all felt very rushed through. They did not give a thorough massage for the pedicure. A week later, the nail polish is already chipping. We chose this place because it had been recommended by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman answered the phone and I made an appointment for in 20 minutes to get a say anything about anything would see me in 20 I arrived in about 25 minutes worried that I was late. If you want a QUICK soak and a VERY Quick polish application this place is for you!!! Not me - my feet were very briefly worked on - no scrubbing - no cuticle trim - my nails were already bare so there was no polish removal necessary! A tiny amount of lotion was applied- only applied to top of feet and ankles. Toe nails were lightly trimmed. Tech did a quick on the big toes when asked to! So, the shop is clean, lots of Dip selections and super busy but my review is specific to my nail technician. Lee is absolutely the best, especially for SNS Nail dipping! So happy to have found him. It seems that everytime I go to Nail 2000 the price varies. I asked for a fill-in today and it was $45 for acrylic which seemed higher than usual so i asked how much a full set was and he said $45 so i reminded him that i only got a fill in which he responded it was because my nails were long. I was shocked. They are about 1/8 of an inch, they are NOT long. No one there agreed that they were long plus one of my nails was broken and not even done. So only 9 nails were completed yet he charged me extra. I feel like we are being taken advantage of more often now and treated with less respect. Im not sure that ill go back and ive been going for years but its getting worse each time and ruder. Great experience all around. the service was quick, I had an appointment at 12:30. I got in at 12:15 and was Promptly seated. Tom took really great care of my nails, and had amazing attention to detail. I had to sacrifice the color match on my toes to have the perfect color I wanted on my nails, but I don't mind changing it up sometimes. Both look great either way! This place does not care about customers.. They just want tourists money - in and out. one of the worst pedicures I've ever had . No massage , never even filed my toes. They use Gel Top Coat w light over SNS ! I had gel for years before SNS . It is not as good as SNS Topcoat .! Thats all they use . Not the correct product. I usually have a great experience here. I'm a loyal customer and always go there for my manicure and pedicure needs. Joe does a great job with my pedicures, and Cindy does a great job with nails. One of my nails had broken on a very fresh set, so I went to Tony for him to fix it. Not only did he take (and I'm not exaggerating) 10 minutes to do the nail at most, but was on his phone for 60% of that time. He had a nail to compare it to from the other side with the shape and the thickness of the nail. Whenever I told him that it was wrong he got very upset and made me feel uncomfortable to tell him that it was still wrong after he had tried to fix it. I don't know if it was a bad day for him, because he usually is a great nail tech, but today made me not want to go back there read more

First time today. Everyone was so nice. Both nail techs did a great job on my pedicure and my s&s nails.

I'm normally not one to post reviews but I have never seen such a scene! A customer came in very polite and was asking for a simple LETTER on a nail with black polish, when the nail tech responded "I'm a nail tech not an artist." This was one of MANY rude comments made. The lady finally asked for a new nail tech understandably, and she was very polite, when the nail tech which was a man began to yell and scream at the customer calling her a psycho and saying she needed therapy. Everyone in here is really nice and the salon is clean. However don't go in with any high expectations for nail designs. My nails got botched. Wanted to get them repainted but I came in the next day just because they were about to close when I got them done the first time and I didn't want to be a pain. 1 star for the greeting and be able to get a walk in chair within minutes of coming in. Seriously horrible manicure. My tech did my entire gel manicure in 15 minutes... I'm all about efficiency but the results are absolute crap. It looks worse than when I do my nails (which is not pretty). There is excess polish all over my fingers and when I asked if she could clean them up (which is standard) she mumbled something about them being gel and not being able to. I've gotten over 59 gel manicures and that's never the case. She completely rushed the job and then yes, after they dried, couldn't get the polish off on my fingers. Complete waste of $30. read more

Worst pedicure I have ever had. My sister and I went in for pedicures. My technician was wearing earbuds and kept getting up and walking around. She got up and disappeared at the end. The tech who did my sisters tried to help but she didn't trim my cuticles and there was hair on my big toes. I had to go back and have someone redo my nails. I truly do a better job myself. I have been going to this salon for over a year. EVERY time I go there it's a different price and it's ALWAYS higher! It started out at $30 for a fill then went up to $35 and now $40. Whenever you question why the prices keep going up and the services don't there's always a reason. ( We used gel, we had to cut your nails, we used powder etc) I kept going back because I'm a creature of habit, it's clean there and they're nice. I will not set foot in this business again. Today I was charged $55!!! I asked to have the same nails I had the last time I was there, knowing that they were going to charge me $40. He said okay different technique but it will look good. When I questioned why it was $55 he said because my nails were long!! ( They are average) . I know prices are going up everywhere in this crazy world but come on, this is really way too much. I made an appointment at 1:30 to get gems on my nails, because they did my nails yesterday and I was told he didn't have time to do the gems because it was very busy. I understood that and tried to make an appointment for 9:30 in the morning because I had to work at 2:30 this afternoon, he told me it was very busy in the morning, I understood. They were very busy again today and I came in for the gems at around 1:25. I sat there for about 20 minutes, which is normally fine because they are very busy always. But as I was sitting there waiting for somebody to take me they took a walk-in before me. I told them I had to be at work and they said come tomorrow again! I spent $35 on a gel manicure that should have lasted me up to 3 weeks according to the nail techs. It started peeling off after 5 days, and i called to make an appointment to get them fixed. Was told they would "take care of it", but when i got there they would not redo my nails, or give me my money back. They said i could have them redone again for $30, but would not honor any timing. The man sat there, and just stared at me; was so rude, and finally I had to ask him to take off the rest of the chips of nail polish - then he just left me sitting there. I am absolutely not happy with my nails! They claim they do all sorts of things on your nails and they don't. They simply say yes just to get you in there. I asked for a full set with sns. They do not have sns. OK fine not having a brand like sns is understandable so use a dip. I was told acrylic is better, it's stronger. That may be however it doesn't work for me. I want a dip and I want ombre. I was told I couldn't do ombre with that. Fine! Suddenly she is putting acrylic on my nails. I said you are using acrylic even though I said I don't want it? She says "yes" I said even though I don't want it? She says again it's stronger. I said I know that but I don't want it. It wasn't until I turned around and looked at my mom(who was getting her nails done behind me) that she Suddenly says "you want dip? I can do that" seriously? Then when she was done with that she put a gel polish on top of the dip. She has no Idea what she is doing! My nails look horrible! They are different lengths and shapes. There's nail polish all over my fingers and she gets up and walks away. Didn't tell me I was done. There's even a finger print on one of my nails. I feel really bad for my mom who paid for them. This was a very bad experience! She never even introduced herself to me. I was told her name was lily but considering how they lie about what products they have and what they are able to do, I'm not so sure I believe anything they say. I like my nails but my 2 granddaughters got their pedicures and they sat in the chair for about 25min and the water was cold by the time they got to them my granddaughter asked for a pedicure and they just touched up the polish and got cold lotion.
