At one point she was on a FaceTime call with a friend, after that ended she then started watching a movie on her phone as well. While she was doing my pedicure she was so entranced with her phone she literally scrubbed skin off my foot. I cannot even wear regular shoes right now because it hurts so much. While I did appreciate the time she took to make sure my nails were done nicely, I just can't look past leaving with a wound on my foot because she didn't care enough to pay attention. I'm just hoping I do not get an infection after I saw they clean their nail products and hot rocks with soap and water in the same sink we wash our nails in. There is also a dog caged in the back which just seems super unsanitary as well. Coming from OKC where the salons are significantly more strict about hygiene and their techs not being on their phones, it was just a bit shocking to see how this place is run.

Well I was sorry that I had gone to that soon for such an importent service.
