I got married in Hawaii in December. Before I left, I needed a French mani and pedi. Stopped in at Young's for the service. The place is dark and dirty with blasting music and the owner was the only person there. My nails were lumpy and uneven and while she was doing my pedicure I told her I was not happy with my nails. She refiled and repainted them then charged me $110, and I did not tip. Once in Hawaii, I had them soaked off and redone as well as my pedicure too. It cost a fortune to have them redone and I missed a beach day sitting in a nail salon. The whole time I sat there, she was singing, rambled on and constantly was saying "sorreeeee". After reading some of the other reviews on Yelp, I decided to try this Nail Salon. I have to admit, I was a little worried when I saw the outside of the building. The building is in need of some TLC. The parking lot was also in need of repair, but I forged on and went into the Salon. It was extremely busy...and even though I made a reservation, I had to wait a couple of minutes. The owner was very personable and greeted me as soon as she saw me. They had loud music on, which did not bother me. The place was not as clean as I would have liked, but it was OK. The lady that did my mani/pedi was sweet and courteous. She gave me an amazing pedicure, along with a nice manicure. I, also, had my eye brows waxed....amazing!!!! But, what was really amazing was my bill...$26.00....TOTAL!!!!! Now, that is amazing. read more

Owner lively, bubbly, mediocre pedicure. A bit shabby of a place 5 chairs and only two were being used, some didn't work...redesign and clean. My pedicure price was equal to the service 20. Bucks.... nothing impressive. read more

I get mani/pedis on a frequent basis so I care about quality and price. This place is a good bargain for sure. They do a nice job. Maria who did my nails and the other manicurist who attended my friend both did a really good job with our polish and my favorite part of the pedi, the massage. They have a nice collection of colors, great chairs, and a clean surface on which to place your hands when drying your nails. We got these services at what we thought were rock-bottom prices. Then, we learned about their Wednesday special - $19 for pedi/mani. I have never seen the cost so low. We were late for our appointments, the last appointments of the day. The staff greeted us happily and forgivingly, noting that they became worried at some point that they might have stayed late for "no shows." Then, somewhere between my pedi and mani, I realized that I did not have my wallet or any money. If I could give zero stars I would! This salon sucks. I went in asking for white tips however they don't do that apparently. I ended up settling for a full color. My nails are now fat, lopsided and uneven. They did an all around terrible job!! I will be going to another salon to get them taken off. read more

Small not exactly very hygienic and clean. Plays very loud music and attempts to create a "family young hip" atmosphere except it isn't. I think when people are getting pedicures I don personally care to see the person giving the guest a predicate their butt crack..but that's just my opinion. Worst nail salon I've ever been to! I had acrylics put on and a design. The acrylics were bumpy, uneven and glued to my finger. The nail polish was beyond sloppy. It was on the tip of my finger, cuticle and didn't even cover the whole nail. The design was horrific! Then, not even 5 days later half of one cracked off and two others popped off. The glue on fake ones from CVS stayed on longer than these. She charged me $28 for the nails and $5 for the design. Total waste of my money! read more

This is the worst salon I have been to in the area. My gel manicure was rushed and sloppy and my cuticles weren't focused on as much as they should have been. Also the only way to see all the colors is in the bottle, they don't have any plastic pallets to display the polishes. The salon seemed dirty and not maintained. I should have left once I walked in. Definitely save yourself $25 and don't go! read more

I decided to try this place since it had the highest reviews in the area on Yelp. I'm from Charlotte, NC visiting so I've gotten my nails done all over where I'm from, so I'm confident on how nail salons operate. My nail tech barely understood me, I have no problem with less than fluent English speakers to do my services, if they can perform the task then no complaints from me. I wasn't greeted or anything, so I didn't receive customer service. I usually get gel/shellac manis and this place did my gel mani with a small paint brush. My usual gel manis are done with the polish bottles and those brushes. Problems with my gel mani: I got the "Acrylic Snow" or white gel color and it wasn't applied evenly, polish on my cuticles (which I made her clean-up but all she did was to file them off which still looked the same, the correct way to fix that is to wipe it off with acetone the second it gets on the cuticles), there was a faint piece of linen on my index finger (extremely noticeable on white polish), I had to tell her when she applied the top coat, which is a big no-no, I don't need to point it out, and in between transitions between hands from the UV light, she kept taking sighs (for what, no idea, but if she wasn't capable of doing this service, then please let me know). This salon has music blasting, and the owner/manager singing along each song on the radio playing. I'm not happy with my service, I tipped 20% because I was a tad bit harsh but she tried her best to address my questions/concerns. I probably will have it soaked off and redone when I'm in NY. read more

Amazing! I visited here through recommendation of a friend and have been coming here for over four months. The entire staff is absolutely lovely and they have a new pedicure system. They now offer different spa pedicures in different flavors that all nourish and detoxify the pores in your legs. I feel great! The best part? I paid only 25 for a strawberry flavored pedicure and manicure! WOW. I'll be trying the chocolate and pineapple pedicure next! read more

This place is unclean and horrible the women told me mani pedi special come in today it's 20$ (Monday) I go there I asked for gel she said 25$ okay 5$ extra nope! It was 25$ $15 for a pedi. Than my friend was with me and got just a pedi she said 15$ my friend said I have acrylic big toe nails how much to refill she said $10 extra okay so that's 25$ nope wrong she said when all done it was $15 plus $10 each toe and because it was French extra $10! We walked out paying $85 dollars I won't be going back there again the gel tip is now all off it all pealed off like a face mask and the nails were not painted all the way missing sides on my nails smh!! I don't get my nails done often, but when I do, I go here. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and most importantly, they do a good job. The prices are fabulous, and yes, the owner likes to sing along with the upbeat music playing (so what's wrong with that?). If you are looking for a big, fancy place and don't mind paying huge prices, well...go there:) I like to support small businesses trying to stay above water, and this salon does a good job, charges fair prices, and makes you feel welcomed. read more

most worst nails are done with high prices... i did french manicure pedicure worst experience, bad quality nail polish is used it comes off easily. i came home i wash my hands after dinner all paint was coming out... i was so upset with that it ruin my new year. never going back...... even if they give coupons dont even waste 1 dollar there......... person who id it pedicure was ok but person who did manicure was horrible i dont how they hire such a people. read more
