Everyone is friendly and nice. They have different opinions on pedicures starting with the basic 30 but I did go with the 40 the middle one in my opinion the middle and the top one of 50 are almost the same just different products so it depends what you want. They charge 15 more for gel and you get a stamp if you pay cash. The massage feels so good and they leave your legs and feet sooo smooth definitely worth it. Would never recommend Nail Max. Came in a for a gel pedicure with French tips. I was done in 10 minutes because she had someone else come in she wanted to get too. The French tips are all crooked and the bottoms of my feet have been peeling due to whatever they briefly scrubbed them with. This is their idea of a gel manicure. The lady doing my nails became upset and snatched my hand when I messed up my nail. She then grabbed a buffer (file) and very heavily started filing the top of my nails. The result - a shit job and an unhappy customer leaving a bad review. Never Again. came in to get my nails done, the lady I talked to on the phone was super nice. I walked in and she told me to sit with a lady named Michelle. I showed them what I wanted they said $45. then all the sudden everything was $5 more. the length i showed in the picture was longer than what I got but was told it would be more to make them that length, then all the sudden I needed different tips that were $5 more. I felt like when I declined the extra $5 to make them a tad bit longer she became annoyed. just confusing, because their price list says a regular full set is $20. I literally got the basic of the basic. everybody else in the salon was super friendly and chatty, meanwhile I'm just sitting there with Michelle no conversation at all. Highly recommended! Hannah has done my nails twice now, and she has done an excellent job both times. With others who have done my nails in the past I've found myself fixing the shape in this or that little spot when I get home, but so far hers have been just how I like them. I'm not someone who gets my nails done often but Hannah will be doing them when I feel like spoiling myself. A word to your patience level: the salon does take walk-ins but it is only Hannah and her husband right now. It's smart to plan ahead and make an appointment if you don't like waiting. I went in for a pedicure yesterday and the technician asked how short I'd like her to cut my nails and I said "on the side". She literally cut half of my big toe nails off!!!! My feet look terrible. I texted Hannah and told her about my experience, which btw she was called over when it happened, and asked for a refund. I didn't want to make a scene when I was in the salon since there were a lot of people in there so I thought reaching out to the manager right after was the best coarse of action for everyone. Even after texting pictures of my feet, she presumed to tell me that issuing a refund was not fair to the technician. Whatttttt???! The technician was the one who ruined my feet! now I have to pay even more money to have someone else fix them... not to mention I now have to get an acrylic overlay on my big toes because they are extremely short. I wish I could post pictures of my before and after and the text message thread with Hannah. My whole experience was a nightmare. Hannah is completely unprofessional. I've been to this place twice now. Both times I was disappointed. I went the first time to get my nails done with gel polish. The first day I got home my hair got stuck on the underside of the nail. I knew that the gel would not last for very long. I refrained from coming back for as long as I could before my nails finally started to peel after about five days. I gave them that extra star because when I came back he was willing to do my nails over without charging me. Again the nails did not last more than 5 days before they started peeling again.
