I walked in right after I got off work, was able to be serviced, and was sat down practically right as I walked in. I asked the gal if they were able to do the cat eye gel design/technique (i think its called "glass nails"?) and while it wasn't exactly what I wanted, it's pretty dang close. My dad was in dire need of a pedicure after being in the hospital for the previous few months and The Nail Arts was able to get both him and myself in the same day that we called, actually 30 minutes later! Since it is relatively close to our house, this was ideal. Showed up and actually had the door open for us by the owner's son, who was manning the front desk. My dad was using a walker and they were more than patient and extremely helpful while he was getting seated in the chair and his feet in the foot bath. They asked us what temperature we wanted the water to be, showed us how to use the chair massager, and asked us if we wanted some water. My dad went first and although he originally wanted to do the basic pedicure, after talking to pedicurist, he decided to add on the callous removing treatment, which he greatly needed. I did not add that part on to mine. Both of us got a foot soak, nail trim, sugar scrub and massage on our feet and legs, and each of us opted out of polish. The owner of the salon actually took care of me and was extremely gentle with just the right amount of pressure when needed and provided good conversation during the whole process. Overall, their prices are very competitive and a bit cheaper than most places which I definitely appreciate. I think it was $35 for the basic pedicure and an extra $5 for the callous removal. The place was clean, quiet, and bright and came with all of the late 90's-2000's early boy band music videos you could ask for haha. We both enjoyed it so much, I actually bought my dad a gift card here for his birthday. read more

Still can't believe how much mine ended up more than his & I upgraded his pedi! Shaping is great, had I asked for a solid color I'd be 100% satisfied. I'm at 95% but no blame on the tech.. I prefer a thinner line.. I rlly didn't feel like saying anything l bc I just needed my feet done imperatively, hence why i got a reg gel pedi. almost cried in there today. Repeatedly asked the pedicure lady to not scrub the polish off my skin with the nail file cause it was hurting me. Asked 5x and she kept doing it. Then I repeatedly asked for square toes. She cut my nails with the pliers so they were cut down very short to where my skin was getting filed. Another lady fixed the file to a more square shape but again they were already so low. No discount or apology was given or anything. Terrible experience. She made the super thick on my left hand & shorter than the right side.. the shape isn't the same either! The owner had the nerve to tell me she can fix them.. I've been in the beauty industry for 15 years! These need to be removed and replaced! She offered me credit , I told her no I won't be coming back! After them admitting they messed up! The owner still tried to charge me full price for the fill! She then charged me for HALF OF IT! Which is still bs!! THEY WERE BETTER WHEN IT WAS CALLED THE NAIL BAR!!
