Fix fill and pedi smh My nails was different sizes and 2 thick. The only nail that got fixed popped off days later. I spent $115 for nothing. My gel nails ended up still being wet with a million layers of nail polish that came up once I got home. The nail art is terrible because they don't know how to do nothing you show them I'm here today at a different nail shop getting them soaked off. Complete waste of money. I'll travel to get my nails done correctly if the task was done right. But I'll never show my face here again. read more

I've been going to Magic Nails since February 2021, and they have always been awesome! I just wanted to update my review, because they deserve it. They take walk-ins and appointments. They are open 6 days a week, from 10am to 6pm. I'm not sure how much nails relatively cost around the valley, but I care more about the quality of their work. I've had regular polish, gel polish, acrylics, powder, and Gel-X manicure done here; all were pretty simple, but still well done. They have a wide and expanding selection of polishes. They also have waxing services, usually done by Shirley. I've had the owners, Shirley and David, work on my nails several times. Miley worked on my nails during my last visit; she fixed my hanging nail, and it lasted until I was due for a fill. They take pride in their work, listen and deliver your wants! This review is based on my first time at this salon today - I decided to try this place since I didn't want to drive across town to my previous favorite salon. For this trip, I had some gel removed and had a full set of acrylics + gel color done. I called at 10:30am this morning (Saturday) and was able to get an appointment at 12pm the same day! If you're thinking about getting your nails done here on a weekend day, definitely call and book an appointment ahead of time. The salon was super busy when I arrived so I ended up waiting about 10min past my appointment time for the next available tech. Luckily, Thomas was my tech. I highly recommend him if you're super picky like I am about my nails! I also had a freshly broken nail and he was very gentle. I'll definitely be booking my next fill appointment with him. All in all I only paid $45, which is such a good price for the quality or work and service! Give this place a try if you're looking for a clean and friendly nail salon! read more

I love the way my nails came out ! It's been about 6 months since I got them done and I was so happy to get them done finally ! Shirley really took her time and made sure that they looked good which I appreciate a lot. I've been to a lot of nail shops and this is probably the second best one the I've had a good experience. The only thing I would say for next time is I did find a couple of bubbles but you can't really tell. I will be back to get a fill for sure lol read more

I have short nails so its so hard to find a good place that isn't trying to talk me into getting long nails. The staff is always very nice. and most of the time, I get the male manicurist working on me, and he is Magnificent. Terrific and timely, he knows whats important to me, and very professional. David is a nail GOD!!!! After living in Las Vegas for seven years trying at least 100 nail shops. It's always an epic fail. I was on my way home and decided to stop in this nail shop and it was the best decision I ever made. I went to another nail shop, and the guy totally butchered my nails. They were awful. David fix them up shaped them the way I wanted to, and they came out perfect. Who knew this little gem of a nail shot was right in my backyard. Wow. This was a very pleasant experience. First of all, Simon did the cleanest acrylic manicure I've ever had. So much precision. He even filed underneath my nails which other salons have never done. The shape, the paint, everything was so detailed and gentle. So sweet. I also got a pedicure, but forgot to get her name. She gave me the best massage. I almost fell asleep. This place is clean, too. The shop and people were nice, the pedicure was average, but the problem was the GelX nails and the customer service. My tech was doing great but right in the middle of my nails, he left me to go do another client. Wouldn't have been so bad except the person who took over had NO idea what he was doing (although he was arrogant about thinking he did) and had a horrible attitude. Then he just up and left me without a word!! Rude. The original guy came back and finished. Needless to say all the nails the 2nd guy lifted within a few days, and I have NEVER had GelX nails lift, that's why I get them! I kept telling him it wouldn't stick the way he was applying it, there were air bubbles, but he knew better!!! No he didn't. read more

I was a bit disappointed. I was really looking forward on liking this place because I recently moved close to the area and didn't want to drive out to my regular place. The lady that did my pedicure didn't file my broken toe nail. I had to tell her to remove the dried skin on the side of my pinkie toe nail, and had to remind her. I have dry skin, I don't mind paying extra for services but this place isn't worth it. She didn't offer and I guess there's just a basic pedicure for $28. First and last time going to this place. I think she literally did my pedicure in like 20 minutes. If you want fast, I guess this can be it, but no detail and attentiveness. read more

Honestly this place made me very unhappy we came here for my aunts birthday with an appointment for me my aunt and my cousin for pedicures the first red flag was when we showed up they had some lady getting a pedicure before us and didn't save 3 seats together and my aunt and cousins workers were great from what I could tell but mine rushed thru the whole thing it lasted maybe 30 min while my cousins and aunts and the strangers pedicures lasted about an hour he did not give me what I paid for and I am outraged! I tried to go there this afternoon to get a pedicure. The place was packed! The guy who manages the place told me to come back. I was going to walk out but the lady who does the eyebrows told me no problem. She would only make me wait 10 minutes. I told her, "Are you sure? I have to go pick up my daughter (who attends the same school as her kid) by 2pm" she said it wasn't going to be a problem. I waited until 140 pm. She never said anything else and I asked her if she was sure she was gonna have me done by 2 when it was already 140. She said "oh yeah we aren't. Just come back." I thought it was incredibly rude that she didn't apologize and just assumed I would have the rest of the day to come back. If they had been honest, I wouldn't have wasted 40 minutes and could have gone somewhere else. Not even an apology!!! Very bad customer service! read more
