I have been going to Nail Arts for a whole year now and I absolutely never want to go anywhere else. They do an amazing job each and every time! They never disappoint! I typically show them pictures of what I want and they match it exactly each time. They help me find colors if I show them a pic they will find the colors to match it. They are just so nice and take their time. I never feel rushed when I'm there and I always feel focused on. They are appointment only, and do not take walk-in's which I love because it allows them to focus on each person. I never have to wait or anything. It's also a very clean and calming environment. They have food shows playing which is nice to watch when getting nails done. I recommend this place 1000%! read more

I was in dire need of a pedicure recently and I don't have a spot that I really consider my usual so I kind of just try new spots every now and then which is why I tried Nail Arts. The space is nice and it's really clean. Ample parking and easy to get to. No complaints there. Service is really nice as well. I actually really liked that they didn't talk to me much as this was a small window of time to get away from my kids who never stop talking to me LOL so it was nice to just be able to relax and keep to myself. The pedicure itself was good but I feel not as thorough as others that I've gotten. But it wasn't bad! Overall very relaxing and my toes look great. :) This spot is close to home so I would return in the future when it's pedi time again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service experience (again). They advertise they take walkins then with a completely empty shop and three artists (one of which is sitting on her phone) at the pedicure station 2 hours before they close say they're completely booked for the day. This is the second time I've tried to come in as a walk in and gotten this excuse. Really sad given the pedicures I get are over 100$. Take your money to the nail shop one block down and stay clear of this one. read more

This is my go to nail salon! I have others that are closer but I choose to go here for a number of reasons. They are so nice and always welcoming. I also feel like the quality at the price is amazing. My nails typically last a really long time and look great. I will say I get pretty basic, just a regular pedi and gel manicure with just color each time. Every time I am there I see others who come in quite regularly. Worth a visit! read more

I've only been here a few times now but every experience has been amazing. I found this place on Apple Maps when I was looking for a place to get my acrylic nails taken off and this place had good reviews so I went to see for myself and the reviews are spot on. I've been back a few times and the most recent time I got a winter themed nail design done and the tech did amazing. Looking back several times at the reference picture I wanted and gave me an even better alternative for one of the accent nails. But when I left I accidentally left my claw clip and I was pretty sad. I'm back now almost a month later and the lady recognized me and GAVE ME BACK MY CLAW CLIP THAT I LEFT A MONTH AGO. I am so impressed with the memory and care that the people have here. The good: the pedicure was great. Fast, quality, polish was applied well. The bad: got the worst gel/shellac manicure I've ever had. It's bumpy, has hair/fiber embedded in the polish, and polish application is sloppy. I asked for a simple design (half moons at the cuticle) and they weren't able to do this. The finished product looks sloppy and if I wasn't in a time crunch, I would have driven directly to a different salon to have it removed and reapplied. read more

New owners are amazing! They remodeled inside and it looks great. I had my two little girls get a mani and pedi and loved it! The artist were so good with my girls making them smile. I also REALLY appreciated the fact that they got the full treatment! Typically my daughters don't get the full massage or warm towels but they did this time and it made them feel so special. Okay so I used to love this place. The time I got my pink nails done here was when I fell in love, but they've had two times now when I wasn't completely satisfied during my visits. A few months ago my mom and I came here to get french manis and mine came out beautiful. So did hers. But then she called me the next day and said they were already cracking. We got shellac too and she doesn't do anything excessive with her hands for it to become that way after one day. So I called the facility and they said that were sorry and would have us come in for a redo which I was up for, but my mom didn't go due to a conflicting schedule. I didn't say anything about it earlier because she was content and my nails were okay. Also, they were willing to redo it which I appreciated. But I got my nails done a couple days ago and right as the lady who was doing my nails got finished, I realized that my left pinky was cut sideways, my thumbs were two different lengths, and she also nicked me twice with her tool. For the cuts, I could understand the one on my right middle finger because I have eczema on that finger, but not on my completely healthy left ring finger. When I noticed my thumb nails were completely different sizes I tried to let her see for herself, so I wouldn't have to say anything outright but she just either didn't see it or didn't care. I don't know how you wouldn't be able to see it though. She didn't even do the comparison of both my hands for each finger individually like for all the other times I go. I really thought I had found the place where I could get my nails done regularly, but I'm pretty disappointed in this experience. Not all the nail techs are necessarily like this, but I've noticed it's a hit and miss type of place which I am not okay with. read more

The lady that did my pedicure massaged my feet so well I fell asleep! Pretty much melted into my massage chair type of foot rub! Followed with hot stone massage and a hot towel. I came here yesterday with a friend of mine because our usual nail place was closed. I would never recommended the women who did my nails. I just asked for my acrylics to be removed, hand massage, and gel nails. She SOAKED my nailed in acetone for over 20 minutes and between each soak filled them almost to non-existence. I don't know when she chose this method because my friend asked for the same thing and the woman assisting her did a different method for less than half the time. This morning my nail literally cracked in two. I'm terrified to pull it out and now just waiting for them to grow out so I can go back to my other salon. I don't know who the younger lady was but she did a fantastic job with my friend, I on the other hand had a terrible experience. So if you do decide to come, make sure you're picky about who is helping you out. Update, I had to cut off the first one and another nail has cracked into two. read more

I went to this place today for the 1st time. This past week, I have been to a nail salon twice, because I had bubbles in my nails. Finally, I decided to give this place a try. I got my eyebrows and lip waxed which look amazing! Then Mimi did my nails - I told her my situation and she immediately said "I will fix it". She fixed it, took her time and did an amazing job on my acrylics. I am so happy. I attached a picture!
