Trying to find a new nail place to try, I was able to find this business. I called and asked if there were any appointments available for 2 pedicures within the next hour. There was, and both my husband and I were seen the following hour. We go in and the business looks really nice. I love the decorations and that they make everything look very clean. Once the receptionist checked us in, she asked us to go to the back and wash our hands, where individual towels were wrapped up for our convenience when drying our hands. Then we went back up front and I stated that I wanted gel polish for my toes. The receptionist stated that the gel polish were the last 2 shelves up front. I had looked and I couldn't bend down very well; but all I saw was lacquer, which wasn't polish at all....so I'm not sure honestly. My husband and I went to our pedicure chairs when they asked us what we wanted. We both got the full package for a time of relaxation. Dara was very kind but when cutting my cuticles on my toes, he went too deeply on my right big toe. And all while doing my toes, said that he was truly sorry; but he continued to use the alcohol spray that really hurt on my toe every time he sprayed. He did find gel polish for me; and so far, the polish has lasted 2 weeks with no chipping. Vi took care of my husband. He didn't want the polish but just wanted the pampering that a pedicure has. He actually fell asleep in the middle; but he felt like it was a job well done. Unfortunately, when he got home, he looked at his right foot, to discover that he had been cut as well. Perhaps she cut too deep or pulled too hard. Honestly unsure about that. While I want to give this place another try, it may be awhile; because our experience was less than adequate. read more

My wife had a pedicure there recently and they cut her toe so bad she had to see her primary doctor and now has to see a specialist- they never even apologized. When we called to speak to manager or owner they wouldn't even return our call. This establishment does not need to be in business because they could care less about the customer. read more

Me and my sister came to get our nails done. We both got a full set of square gel acrylic nails but hers were maybe 1/8th of an inch longer, she got charged $73 while I had the same thing + a design for only $55. My sister said her nail tech was beyond rude, she got yelled at, flicked, talked down to and had an overall awful experience. While my nail tech was very nice my nails look awful, they're crooked and uneven, the sides of my nail are bald and unfinished. It's like she used tips too small for my finger. When I left I still had glue covering my fingers. Not to mention my design looks awfu. We noticed the price difference after we had gotten to the car and called the spa to ask about what happened and they said it was because my sister nails were a different shape and longer than mine so she got charged $18 more than me and then they hung up. Nail bar was great. The salon is very well set up and they have done a great job on my nails every time I've been! The service is also great, all of the staff is nice and welcoming. Everyone was wearing masks and they had everyone social distancing. There is also a plastic screen in between the workers and clients. This hidden gem is located on the backside of Hamburg. If you're not looking for it, you'll probably never know it's there. But it's one nail spa that you don't want to miss. I'd actually not researched this nail spa, or heard any specific recommendations. My husband was shopping at the nearby Best Buy, and I decided to break away and make use of my time. It was late in the evening, so I called to see if it would be ok if I came in for SNS French. Since it was 30 minutes before closing, I was super worried that they would be rude about it. Nope. They were actually very nice. I even apologized to the nail tech, and she was even nice about it too. Monika was my tech and she was fantastic! I could tell early on that I was going to be happy. Her attention to detail was quickly noticeable. One of my nails grows wavy, and easily cracks and she noticed and mentioned that she would put an extra layer on that nail. Without me even requesting it. In the end, she gave me a mini hand massage and even cut back my cuticles. I never get that from any other Lexington nail spa, with just purchasing SNS. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE CASH TO TIP. There isn't a spot on the receipt to tip with a card, and there is a sign mentioning that tips are cash only. read more

In fact, Monika was very gentle from beginning to end, and I was very pleased with this, as it's hard to come by. She carried good conversation and was polite. She did a white and pink ombré and executed it just right! The salon was impeccably clean and was well-lit (there's many nail salons with not enough lighting). We were asked if we needed anything to drink-- yes please?! Staff was very friendly, and professional. They didn't speak in their native language amongst each other, kudos. No customer should feel like they're being talked about. This place used to be really good but service has went very downhill. Somehow got charged $149 for a pedicure and a full set while my friend got the same pedicure and was charged a different price. The pedicure we chose was supposed to be the deluxe for $43, we got charged $60 and $68?? We think they are adding their own tips into the price they give because I was not asked to leave a tip. When doing our pedicures none of the utensils were sanitized or single use products which is gross. Water was boiling hot and not tested before being asked to put our feet in. I chose this nail salon to take my mom to get her nails done for her birthday. Her and I both got full sets of acrylic nails. Her nail tech did a decent job, polish could be smoother and nails straighter. My nail tech was very rude and my nails have been done very poorly. She proceeded to call someone and talk on the phone most of my appointment and mid appointment she stopped what she was doing, got up and went to the front got some food and then took it to the back, finally coming back to finish my nails. Then she was told by the lady up front that she had another appointment coming up- with that she asked me to get up and move as she finished my polish and clear coat in another area as she stood to do them- worst experience. read more

Awful. I came in last weekend to get SNS done because I couldn't get in with my regular nail tech. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by a lady who then laughed with her coworker after I said something which made me feel uncomfortable. I was seated by the same lady. She did my dip powder nails fine, but was very rough with the drill. She cut me in a few places, including making a deep cut under my nail after going too hard on the drill, which made it bleed a lot. I'm sure she noticed because of all the blood, but didn't even bother to say sorry. I went home in tears because of how much I paid and how bad it hurt. All of my nails were cracked, broken, or chipped by the 3rd day. Never coming back here. Awful service, high prices, not clean at all, and low quality products. read more

They turned out fat ugly stiletto nails when I just wanted a natural shape. I had to file myself and when u asked about a design. They were not able to perform l. So, I opt out and went for a accent polish instead. I was overcharged. $40 dollars for acrylic no design or special shaping of the nail. They are okay but I have received much better with acrylic and designed with coffin shaped for $40 with other places. Just very disappointed with the nails. read more
