We waited about 15 minutes before a tech (Sulie?) took my Aunt back. I was referred to a man shortly after. He seemed a bit agitated and spoke rudely. I decided not to get serviced. My Aunt's mani/pedi looked nice initially. However, the next day my Aunt's gel polish on her pinkie toe came off. She tried to return Monday morning, but the business was closed. She's currently on a cruise and sent me a photo of another toe in which the gel polish has lifted off. She paid 75.00 for her services and it has been less than a week. I've never seen gel polish lift and peel within a few days. I deducted stars for the quality.
