The first time I came i was pleasantly shocked at how nice this place is, decorated, drinks, service. This time: some sort of timer / alarms going off and no one bothering to turn them off (3 times in an hour), my stylist's phone going off and she syopped to look at it but didnt reject the call or the alarm so it sat just going off, even when I asked if it could be (No), workers talking loudly across the room at one another, the TV started up out of nowhere jaringly blaring the world cup. The most expensive side pedicure was ok. A scented neck pillow that I didnt ask for and didnt get the last time. It was too hot, blocked from my skin with just a paper towel (vs an actual towel) that did nothing to block the heat. And the smell wasnt pleasing. All sensory issues aside, the pedicure and massage were just okay. There was no real cuticle trim and a weird pressure loofah experience. The color i chose was horrible, by the time she realized i really did hate it, i told her i did, j just wanted out of the chair. My parrafin went on after my polish. The whole experience was weird and I opted to forgo the manicure. They weren't busy and when I told them why when I paid, I was told we'll you didnt tell me. What absolute crap customer service. Tracy, replace your front desk guy My pedicure last time was an absolute delight and I actually recommended the place to others based on yhe experience, so i am going with a 3. It was a pleasant experience at first , they give you free drinks , they provide a menu for you to pick . I showed the lady who was doing my nails the type of nails I was looking for . She said she can do it for 55$ I'm like okay great. While she is doing my nails , she is getting up and doing other stuff around the salon. She comes and shows me gold for my nails , I'm confused and proceeds to show me the different options of gold , I'm like no they look orange. I show her the picture again and she says oh that's chrome ? That's 15$ more I'm like oh okay no thanks , just give me pink . She then puts on pink and then I'm like are you going to put some type of glitter like in the photo and she says oh that's something else , they don't make it anymore and she's like I'll put on some glitter , she continued to put on the clear gel and then she puts on oil on them and then says she's done I'm like ??? And she leaves so I go and pay the 55$ . I should have told her I didn't like them , I shouldn't have to pay the 55$ for something so simple and way different then what I wanted . Be careful with this place. I came in for 3 pedicures for myself and my 2 young daughters. I was instantly hounded about getting a refill on my nails. I kept politely denying but these people would not let up. I felt attacked. I was pressured into agreeing but told them if I didn't like the service then I wasn't going to pay for it. After the girl has already started filing the top coat off of my nails, THEN they decide to tell me a refill is $70!!! And because I insisted I wouldn't pay for the service if I wasn't pleased with the outcome, they switched out the girl who was filing for another nail tech. I'm assuming he was better. I asked why the refills were $70 when that's how much I pay for a full set with my regular nail tech? He said full sets are only $5 more!! Crazy!! I've never heard of such a thing. If you have shorter nails, full set is $50, refill $45. What???? Also, one of the nail techs doing my daughter's pedicures began a manicure after I specifically asked him not to. I felt very harassed and not relaxed at all. These people had attitudes after pressuring me into a service I initially did not want. Ended up spending $180. Let me not even get into how many times I was hurt during both of my services. The complimentary drinks suck. The wine tastes like cranapple. Definitely not coming back. read more
