You might book an appointment but they will not respect your appointment and they take appointments then they end up rushing through them. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating, I can also recognize that what they are doing is hard word, and yet the technicians always have a ready smile for everyone. When I first entered, I was immediately impressed with how clean and organized. Everything was from the waiting area to the working area and even the way the nail colors were organized for the patrons. Another thing I noticed is the lack of noise. Sometimes I walk into a salon and it seems like There's a fan of some sort that's always running or there's loud music or the level of talking is almost almost uncomfortable to the ears. It was not that way here. It was a more relaxing quieter, atmosphere. They were very knowledgeable and kind as well and really offered good advice when I wasn't quite sure what I had wanted. I decided on a dip and the lady that did them was so knowledgeable and quick and it's by far the best dip I've ever had done. I definitely plan on returning for another dip soon. read more

He was friendly, chatty and even sings! Lol! He did a fantastic job with my coffin shape which is my first time and no regrets. He was also honest and upfront about the prices. There's nothing worse than thinking it's gonna $45 only to find out at the end you've racked up $75 cause you didn't know something cost extra. They also adhere to their appointments. Place just opened about 2 weeks ago so I figured I'd give them a shot. Place is super clean and in a really nice spot across from the mall. They have about 20 nail chairs and 20 pedi chairs. Currently they are doing a 20% off any service in the month of November to help build clientele. I had an appt Friday at 11 and it wasn't busy but as I left more people were coming in. I met with Sam and he told me to take my time picking my color and then to meet him at the table. Sam was very attentive and took his time to chat as well as do a great job on my nails. I switched colors on him 3 times, not how I normally am lol, and Sam was always willing to show me the color before starting. Overall, I was done in about 40 minutes and very happy with my nails! The nails were pretty good, but the dude who did them wasn't the best. He was using tools that he had used on the previous gal without even cleaning them. I don't want me cuticles chopped with a dirty tool. He was also super annoyed I chose black for my color... I told him as he started (when he first complained) that I could do a different color if it was a problem but he said no. And he continued to complain and make me feel bad for choosing that color. I'm so sad becuase I spent 121$ in here for a pedicure and manicure with gel, and then my friends full set acrylic. my GEL polish on my fingers is already chipping off & its Only day 3. To say I am disappointed by Nail Capital and Spa would be an understatement. I came in for a deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was awesome, super comfortable they did a pretty good job! The prices were affordable and the tech was attentive and thorough. If I were just reviewing this tech (blonde/reddish guy) and service, I'd give it 5 stars. Then.. we got to the gel manicure. I got it done by a different tech and that's a major regret. The day after I got them done, one nail had already chipped off. Given that I had gotten them done for a wedding the next day, I couldn't go back the next day and they just looked as is. Within FOUR days, every last nail was off, as the corners bent up and they peeled right off. I have NEVER had gel last any less than 2 weeks so I am shocked. I am also annoyed that I spent $35+ on nails that lasted not even 24 hours. The salon was beautiful, the staff was nice-- I'm genuinely just displeased by the one tech's job on my gel manicure. I'm hesitant to recommend using, when there are other less risky salons! I'd just be weary of their shellac process. read more

I don't remember the lady's name who did my nails was. It started off fine, but after I had booked for a fill and a repair on a nail, I had asked her about it since I had never gotten a fill before. I was not aware of the process. I was not advised that it wouldn't be $35, but $55. Might as well have gotten a whole new set. As she took it off she almost burned me with the drill, made my fingers bleed, 2 of them, with the file, and if I am not wrong, we should be using a new buff and file for every customer, this was not the case. While my nails are pretty, this is not the type of treatment I would like in the process. I would not like to walk out with bloody nails, because you were way too rough with my nails. I love this place so much. I go every 3-4 weeks to get my SNS redone. My best friend and I go to Kevin as ounail tech & he is amazing. His designs are too cute & he will meticulously work on them. If you aren't satisfied in the slightest he will redo them and is such a perfectionist, I love it. I see Dylan for pedicures and he's great. Takes the time to actually do an amazing foot/calf massage with a warm towel wrap. Everyone can speak fluent English, so there are never any misunderstandings & it's really nice to be able to have a conversation with your tech. I look forward to my trips here! You can only tip cash, they have an ATM, it does charge a $1.50 but there is a fifth-third atm in the parking lot and many other banks around! read more
