Wide variety of pedicures available. They are competitive in their pricing. Parking is easy. You can grab coffee at the Starbucks in the front of the lot or a smoothie next door at the nutrition store. I went in for a simple polish change and my nails looked better when I walked in then when I walked out. The nail technician did an awful job of shaping and cutting my nails are all different lengths and shapes and, I came in with long natural nails. The technician rushed and added later after later without dry time. hours later my nail smeared because the under polish was still wet! The polish job was also very messy and I had to pic around my nails to get all the excess polish off that she didn't bother to clean up. She also used an electric drill to take off my nail polish damaging my natural nail. read more

Went in on Sunday and spent over $300 dollars. 4 gel manicures 2 full sets and 5 pedicures 3 eyebrows and 2 lip waxes. Well my gel is chipping if and bumpy and thick and bubbly 2 days later. My daughter's is chipping off already. Mimi got upset with my mother because she asked her not to use the power tool and also cut her with out apologizing. No massages on any of the manicures. The pedicure massages co sister if being burned by hot rocks. And now I have a cold sore starting where she waxed my lip. The lady that did my 10 yr old pedicure cut her as well then yelled at her because she couldn't hear her due to a hearing problem. To say we won't be back is an understatement which is sad because the 6 of us go every 2 weeks. Sucks for them. read more

I am only giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option. I gave this place two chances and both were negative experiences. The first visit I got a manicure with gel polish and asked for the basic pedicure since I get these weekly that was all I wanted this visit. The lady that I got made my visit so uncomfortable by the time I was done with trying to up sell me it was almost comical, she asked me 4 times if "I wanted a pretty flower" after I said no the first time she should have respected what I asked for. She also kept insisting I need callus removal when I didn't have any callus and parafin treatment, which was almost insulting she brought it up so many times. So Tuesday I gave this place a second chance, I'm new to the area and it's close to where I live so I really wanted to like it and thought maybe I just got an obnoxious person the first time. I got a basic pedicure and powder dip manicure, I was in a hurry and before we started asked if it was able to be done in an hour and that I was fine skipping the massage on both my hands and feet and the man that I got said yes. Well for starters it took an hour and a half, it was a mediocre job at best, he left my nails early 90's square so I had to refill them all when I got home and they are way to thick but the bigger issue was he broke my pure rose gold bracelet I was wearing when he proceeded to start to give me a massage I had requested not to have. He didn't apologize, simply said "it was an accident" and when I got finished I asked the owner if I could bring the repair bill in for the bracelet (it wasn't just the clasp that had broken but he ripped delicate chain clear apart that was a wedding gift from my mother in law), her response was "no, he said it was an accident, you should take off all jewelry for your massage", I told her I requested no massage but she simply repeated it was an accident. Judging from your other yelp reviews this place won't be around long if this is the type of customer service you give, and it's shocking to me you'd prefer to lose a weekly customer because you're to cheap to fix property one of your employees destroyed. Update June 13, 2017, the manager apologized and offered to pay for repairs of y bracelet so I brought it in today & was reimbursed. He was very nice and apologized profusely for his employees. read more

I don't know what happened to this place recently. I called and made an appointment and asked for Kim to do my nails. Apparently, the Kim I meant wasn't there and a different Kim did my nails. Her own nails were a mess so I was concerned. Then I find out you can no longer add your tip onto the bill. Since I didn't have cash on me, I told Kim that I would run across the street to get cash at my bank. I was assured by her and also the manager that if I used the ATM in their shop that there would be no fee. Not so....bank charged 2.50. Then 2 days after my manicure, it started peeling off my fingers like rubber. It's on to a different shop. And I lived so close to this one. read more

if I could rate a place a negative star I would. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon and the employees are so rude. I got a full set and a polish change on my toes. the lady who did mine started really rudely. As soon as I walked in she was already rushing me to get my nail color, I sat down and she put me in a chair that didn't move so I had to slouch to the front of the chair because my legs are too short. One of my feet look like it's matte because she only put top coat on one foot and when I asked her to fix it, she said there was nothing wrong. On to my nails. They are disgusting and I am not one to complain to a technician about them but I have really never had such a terrible experience! all of my nails are different lengths and sizes. There are lumps of acrylic underneath the nail and the polish is bumpy and looks like something I could've just painted on my own. when I told the lady I wasn't happy with them and it wasn't worth $50 she told me she would take off $1. when I first left I didn't think they were as bad until I really got to looking so I went back in and all they said is "they look fine" and when I said my nails were different lengths the person who did my nails said "you asked for shorter nails" BUT I WANT THEM THE SAME LENGTH NOT JUST ONE SHORT ONE?? so infuriating and a waste of money. will definitely never be going back there. read more

This salon is first off not decorated nicely, meaning not really kept up to date. I felt there may have been incidents in the past where something may have been stolen or something going on because there were 8 cameras in the small nail shop. The gentlemen who did my pedicure took no more than maybe 20minutes. Massage was very short and not strong at all. I will not be here again. read more

This place is awful. Was in from out of town and went in for a manicure. The nail technician sliced up my cuticles really badly and then tried to super glue them when they started to bleed. Later that night, I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep. They clearly don't know what they're doing. It's the worst "manicure" I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The price was right at $35 (with tip), the service was good, the finished pedicure looked good too. The problem is that the cost is now up to over $112 after medical intervention and medication to treat the nasty infection I got when she accidently nicked the cuticle in my big toe. 2 weeks later and I am still on antibiotics with another week to go. I won't be back after this last time. I don't like my nails this time or the last time "Kevin" did my nails. He is insistent his way is the right way. I request something and he does what he wants. I like the "white tips." Not the tips "painted" white. What happens is the white chips off or thins out and your nails look like hell in 2 weeks or so. Twice I've gone in the past year to have a new set put on I get this guy. What luck, well I'll be changing my luck by going elsewhere. I have gone for over 2 years and have recommended several friends who go here. "Kevin" sits on the second row of seats. Not to be confused with the "Kevin" who sits up front. So I get gel for paint and you have to leave your hand in the light for 60 seconds. The light goes off automatically and he has a heart attack because I didn't pull my hand out. He yelled at me "you take your hand out when light goes out." What does it matter? Where else is my hand going I'm waiting for you to finish painting the other hand. It took 2.5 hours to get a set. The big problem was the nail technician was in too much of a hurry. I realize that the more people they do in a day the more money they will make. However, when the nail tech is in such a hurry she skips the whole hand massage and does not even offer a clear coat, but just says "go wash your hands, goodbye", it makes me as a customer feel unimportant and rushed. Getting a mani-pedi should be a relaxing experience for the client. On leaving I told the manager that the service I received was the worse mani-pedi ever. read more

2 weeks ago, I went in for a much needed pedicure and full set. The woman who did my pedicure was lovely. But I got some rude guy wit shiny pants that did my full set. He wouldn't allow me to do the same nail color I did on my toes, even though that's what I wanted. Both he and another lady pretended not to understand me when I said "No Gel". I should have known. After getting tired of arguing about "how much better gel is", I caved and got white tips painted on with a silver stripe. I was dozing most of the time. But after this guy was done with my nails, he rushed me up and over to the credeit card machine. A manicure and full set ran me $78.00! I was dumbfounded, but he was running all over the shop doing other things as I fumbled for my card. Then I realized I had to tip this shiny-pants thief. I didn't want the pedicure lady to suffer, so I tipped them but with NEVER return. I walked out of there paying $90 for a full set and a pedicure, nothing too special, and the job he did on my nails was terrible. He didn't snip my cuticles or even try to mask the VERY VISIBLE line where the fake nail was glue to my real one. I really felt swindled by this place. I will never go back. And I take responsibility for not asking the price of this "magic gel" they pedal. BEWARE. read more

Some of the reviews I've read aren't very positive. But I've been here three times now and I have no complaints at all! I always get in quickly but I seem to miss the rush. I have been in there and seen women wait 30 minutes or more while I was getting mine done. Someone complained about the rocks being too hot. I thought it was amazing! I was seated quickly, which was good. The lady doing my acrylics was very rough though and made me bleed on several fingers. Then, halfway through the process, she stood up and LEFT. without saying a word. I asked another worker about 10 minutes later where she went and he said "she had to go put her baby in the car and take him home". very unprofessional. So I tried again, but for 2 gel manicures, again staff was rude especially Tom. He was a sarcastic ass wipe and tried to over charge. Look I do hair for a living so I'm in the industry. I will never go to this horrendous place ever again! I had a full set of pink and white put on. While they were being done I told the guy doing it that he had the tip crooked on one of my fingers. He said no it was fine. I had a long back and forth with him on this but he assured me that it would be fine. Well, it wasn't. When I went back after this crooked tip drove me out of my mind they refused to fix it. A woman went back and forth with me about it until I was in tears. I finally asked are you going to fix this nail or aren't you? The answer was no. I went to another nail salon and they immediately saw the problem and put on a new one. Which is straight now by the way! The guy also cut my finger while buffing it making it bleed quite a bit. I hope I don't get an infection! Horrible customer service!!! read more
