The salon is really cute--nicely decorated, spacious, and very inviting when you walk in. I loved…read morethe vibe and how comfortable the space felt. I came in on a Monday night, so it wasn't busy, and I was able to get seated right away. The pedicure chairs were comfortable, and I enjoyed the massage feature while soaking my feet in the hot, bubbly water. I asked for shellac/gel French tips, and the tech brought over the color basket. The pedicure itself was just okay. She didn't spend much time on the basics like callus removal or a calf massage, but the French tips turned out nicely. I was actually impressed that she painted the white by hand instead of shaping with remover. After the pedi, I was moved to the nail desk for my manicure with the same gel French tips. The time spent felt about the same, pretty quick and without a hand massage, but again, the finished look was clean and well done. The hand-painted tips were a nice touch. Overall, the staff was very nice, and the salon itself is adorable. It was a decent experience with room for a little more attention to detail.

I needed something new in my routine and I came to this nail shop in mid April hoping to find a…read moreplace that I'd be able to get bi weekly services. I visited back in October of 2025 and for a pedicure that was decent. This time around I opted for a gel manicure and pedicure during my visit. The woman who did my nails was very nice and I enjoyed the my appointment until the end of my service. I have never had a gel manicure where the nail tech filed and shaped gel nails after she was done putting on the gel polish. I wasn't expecting her to do this so I wasn't able to stop her but I wish I would've because my nails stayed lifting the same day! Truthfully I don't typically get my polish done on my natural nails but I asked a friend of mine who does and she was taken aback by the fact that the nail tech filed my nails. That night I even wore gloves in the shower bc I was scared they'd peel right off. And ofc the very next day I had two fingers chipped very badly. I decided to go back to the salon three days later when they opened so that they could rectify the situation. This was no usual wear and tear and I was disappointed with their lack of accountability for the fact that my nails were not done properly. I was also disappointed because I had to pay for the new service since the owner only offered me $5 off. I was in desperate need so I went ahead and paid the $40 since I had an event that same day. I couldn't help but walk away feeling like I'd been conned out of my money. I didn't want to get in any arguments which is why I paid for the service but I will not be returning to an establishment that wastes my time and my money. Two manicures in 4 days for basically fully price is highway robbery.

I never write reviews, but feel like I had to for this one. Seeing the reviews about this place I…read more thought it would be a good experience but boy was I wrong. I called to schedule a builder gel fill with French tips and a standard pedicure. When I arrived the stylist told me they didn't have time for French in my allotted time, I told them I told the person on the phone when they asked about design, that I would Be getting French and I've done the same thing with my nails for the past two years, and it's a holiday weekend. They remedied it by saying they could try and bounce me around to a different tech to get the French portion done since it was their scheduling mistake. Ok fine. Well the negative experience continued. The nail tech I was working with would not shape my nails the way I wanted Her to because it was not the shape of my natural nail and not the healthiest for my natural nail bed. I told her that's not my top priority (sue me) and that I'd rather have the shape I want. She said she wouldnt do it (ok fine, i respect your practice), but would charge me for the full service. I pushed Back because in my 15 years of getting my nails done, I have never encountered this problem, nor is it advertised that the nail tech ultimately gets to decide the shape of your nails, even if that's not what you want. After she went and spoke with 'guest services', they decided not to charge me and they would not finish the service. Ok fine, so I left with half butchered nails and had to come back and hour later to get the scheduled pedicure done because they wouldn't let me cancel it without charge (I know About the policy and that's fine). Well come pedicure, I looked on their website before I called and booked And it said $65 for a standard pedicure. Well the person I spoke With that booked my appointment via phone, booked me for the standard pedicure and failed to inform me that it would be $105 because of the tech.... For literally the bare minimum of a pedicure. So with their cancellation policy I'm locked into this overpriced pedicure, after dealing with all the fingernail bs. So after wasting several hours at this salon, I still Have to go to my other nail salon to get my hands done. I love supporting small businesses but holy sh*t this felt like the biggest scam. Never again. See pics for shale I asked for vs what I got.

Plus, Kimberly is one of the loveliest human beings. She is so kind, considerate, and accommodating while also being incredibly talented.
