Updated review since new ownership: Got my nails done by Jenny and I'm obsessed. Still worth the price and the drive! I'll keep coming back. For my sensitive folks: I have thin and weak nail beds, which plus weak skin around my nails that rip and bleed easy. I like to get Gel-x because it gives me the length I could never get on my own, but I'm always nervous because of my sensitivity. Let me tell you, this was a superb experience. Service: She did a thorough exam of my nails and asked questions before starting, she checked with me all along the way. Jenny was attentive to my flinches if something got too warm or felt too close to my skin. One of the gentlest but most attentive manicures of my life. She was patient with my color indecisiveness and got the shape exactly to what i wanted (an in between of stiletto and almond) My nails feel so sturdy and look gorgeous. Ignore my weird hand posing. Look how clean those edges are! How smooth the paint job is! Ambiance: What a relaxing experience. Beautiful interior, smells wonderful, perfect temperature of coolness but not freezing for the always cold girlies. Water and snacks available while you wait. Phenomenal color selection. The chair at the manicure stations are slightly snug as a 3X woman but nothing too uncomfortable. Overall great experience; a replacement set with design was a 2.5 hours. Removal of GelX + New set + Design =$90. Plus $20 tip for the attention to detail and care that was taken. A great value for great quality.

Amazing celebration manicure and pedicure today at Nail Couture. Diana did my nails. She did soft gel overlay then sparkly blue cat eye polish with silver stars. It came out dazzling and beyond my dreams. I was so impressed with her level of detail. Every edge and angle of my nails is perfect. My cuticles perfect. The shape exactly what I asked for. The designs perfection. She made me feel like a celebrity. I can't say enough about the perfection. Megan did my pedicure. My feet were a mess I went for the ultra luxe pedicure. This was a next level pedicure. It could make you a new person. Megan made me feel so comfortable. She went to town with the callus remover just like I asked. I was really impressed. I felt a little bad about the sludge coming off my feet. She was not bothered. I almost fell asleep. I asked if she would dig out my ingrown toenail and she went to town. She was so comforting I just let her dig in deep. The deep cleaning was relaxing in the most impressive way. My toe feels so much better. The leg and foot massage were outstanding. The best massage I have ever had in a nail place. She expertly used hot stones noting it helps blood vessels - very intuitive I have blood vessel problems. The polish was meticulous and I love that she believed me when I asked to cut them as short as possible. They do not do paraffin so Jason recommended I tried the collagen treatment. This was amazing. First they steam your feet with a facial steamer. Then I remember some exfoliating scrub and fresh oranges - wow. It felt so amazing. I was purring like a kitten. There was a moisturizing mask for the legs lotions oils massages. I almost melted into the chair. Overall I am just impressed. I have tried many nail spas over the years and it is hard to find talent and customer service like this. I especially loved the teamwork between Jason Diana and Megan. Megan also has a great sense of humor. We shared a few laughs together. This was the best way to spend my first day off work since Thanksgiving. Thank you team at Nail Couture. I am your new customer and fan.

Henry is the best!!!! He was not even working and when we walked in and I mentioned what I was looking for he offered to step in and help me since it would have been an exceptionally long wait or the other techs might not have understood the project I was looking for. He's so funny! He did a phenomenal job, better than I could have expected (got sooooo many compliments at the concert) and they're still in great condition (it's been over a week and I use a lot of chemicals at work). We loved his humor and am so thankful he was there that day. Hoping I can see him again!

I've been coming here for a couple of months and I've loved the quality of service I get! The salon itself is quite cute and they make it so easy to book an appt. Make sure to book w Jason because he genuinely listens to you and will do his best to make sure you are happy with his work :) He suggested that I try soft gel based on my nails and what I do for work. His attention to detail is impeccable and I'm so in love with my nails! He's also very sweet and kind to his clients. I just adore this salon!

I found Henry by accident several years ago and now I'll follow him to the ends of the earth! Whatever design I show him, he improves, and always remembers that I love to add a little bit of sparkle. Usually I'll go anywhere from 4-6 weeks (sometimes longer) between sets and they stay looking brand new. I'm so happy that he and Jason have this new spot--they deserve it. Those two have cultivated such a fun and welcoming space that I look forward to seeing them just as much as I do my new nails! Not to mention the space is super spacious and clean. Would recommend to anyone in the area (or even outside of it)!

First time here. Very mixed feelings. Had a removal + redo mani. Opted for builder gel and before painting I checked my nail, she filed too much into one of my nails and left a gap- she filed more and slapped another layer of builder so I can't help but wonder if that particular nail will lift faster. Some of the nail shapes were crooked which I voiced from the beginning (at least 3 x) and they kept reassuring me they would fix it and it would be fine.. well it's not. But after so much back n forth you just want your nails done and to be gone. Their approach in cuticle prep was different. Wanting to cut my skin after polish which I don't like if I like because that also means there could potentially be a gap from polish to nail. They did end up cutting before polish but I have a lot of extra frays leftover. There is also excess clear on most of my fingers. The whole process exceeded 1.5 hours. I didn't want to rush the process but also I wasn't expecting to spend that much time there so I was behind to another appointment. I know I sound like I'm knit picking however when you pay for a service, you expect for that service and for it to be precise and well executed. It's not the worse set, but not in love with all the quirks.

I've been going to Ken for almost 5 years now, and honestly, he's not just my nail tech--he's one of my best friends. From the moment I first got my nails done, I felt like I was in good hands. Came in on a Tuesday afternoon for an appointment I called in for. A gel manicure and pedicure. And Kitty gave me to best gel manicure I've ever had. She shaped my nails so well and beautifully. And the gel application was perfect. Not too thick, and I've had it for almost a week now, still looking new. No signs of chipping. It's obvious that she's been doing this for a while. Their card machine doesn't allow you to add tip!!!*** It is hard to find a good nail place, especially because I don't go often so I've never found a spot I would want to come back to but that changed with Angel's Nail Lounge! I had my appt for 2 and was seen by 2:15. Not bad, I know it's prom season so ‍ Kitty is soooo sweet! Very efficient and GENTLE! I have pretty rough cuticles and I chew the sides of my nails. She did not cause me to bleed and my fingers weren't sore after. I've never had that happen, I always assumed it was normal! I got a full acrylic set with gel Polish. Took a little over a hour. the male tech (i forgot to ask for his name) did so good on my nails! we made a few minor adjustments to my nails but they came out better than i was expecting! not only was he thorough but he also explained everything step by step. he made sure i liked everything as we went. he was patient with me as well since i let him know ahead of time i was running a little late due to traffic. they have relaxing music playing while you're there & it's so cute inside ! definitely worth giving it a shot! read more

Mei was my tech and she was very thorough and did a great job! Don't love my color but that's my own fault. It looked better in the book than on my feet. Prices also more reasonable at Angel's than what's out there these days. At most places, I used to get a spa pedicure with gel and callus removal for about $45. Granted, pre-Covid. They run upwards of $65-80 these days which is wild for just a pedicure! It is definitely more of a luxury than a necessity now so I don't go as often anymore. read more

She took her time & didn't make me feel like "cattle call" in and out as fast as possible. The salon even has complimentary beverages. There are salons blocks from my home but I would rather travel the 10 miles to have, Fann at GBN take care of my feet. The technician cut my finger as she was cutting down my nails. She apologized, but she tried to continue services without even cleaning the wound or applying any antiseptics. I had to ask her to clean my wound. She then talked to someone and they looked at my nail, but did not acknowledge me or say anything about it. After that I was quite upset and decided that instead of completing my manicure I just wanted my old set taken off. The technician did not even clean my nails. There is still glue left on them. I had a pedicure at the same time and that was fine, nothing to write home about. At time of payment when they asked how everything was I told them about my experience, the employee said he didn't know and that he wished someone had said something to him. In an effort to offer me something for my experience they tried to give me a card for $20 off a future visit, but I said that I didn't plan on returning. I will not be coming back to this place

(He knew from the beginning I was not going to add length) he simply replied "your nail is too short." Mind you, I already mentioned to him I was unhappy about the thickness... to correct the issue what does he do..... add more thickness... another layer of gel polish, clear coat, chrome and then another clear coat. I understand he was working on another client, but if he would of said can you come back later and I'll fix it, I would have. The more I look at this set, the more upsetting it is... $70 wasted... I can't even remember his name. I wish I did.

We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I specifically requested that my pedicure and nails be done at the same time due to time constraints. When I arrived, they did not have a nail technician available for me or another client who also had an appointment. I had to ask for someone to at least start my pedicure. I was assigned to a new technician who struggled to understand my requests. My feet were not properly scrubbed, both big toes had to be repainted because the polish was uneven, and I had to remind her that my service included a massage. The pedicure alone took about an hour and a half. Once another technician became available, she began my Gel-X set. I showed her a photo of the exact design I wanted and specifically asked for silver gems only. She confirmed she could do the design. After completing the ombré base, which was only average at best, she informed me that the gem pricing would be: * Pointer fingers: $20 ($10 per nail) * Ring fingers: $30 ($15 per nail) * Pinkies: $10 ($5 per nail) Although I was shocked by the pricing, I had already been there for over two hours and felt committed to finishing the set, so I agreed. Only then did she tell me she didn't actually have the gems needed for the design she had already agreed to do. I was told to choose a different gem shape, a different color, or a completely different design. When I explained that I had shown the design beforehand and received confirmation that it could be done, the manager came over and told me the photo wasn't from their salon and that they had supposedly run out of the required gems that morning. At that point, I had been there for over three hours and was left with a mediocre pedicure and incomplete nails. I finally decided to leave. As I was leaving, another customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment was told they could only do part of her service and that she would need to come back later. She left as well. My biggest issue isn't that they ran out of supplies. Things happen. The problem is the lack of organization, poor communication, questionable skill level, and refusal to take accountability. Clients should not have to spend hours in a salon only to find out halfway through a service that the technician cannot complete the design they agreed to perform. I won't be returning.
