I had my nails done here a total of 2 times. First time, I came in for a pedicure and fill for my nails. Never asked what type of pedicure I wanted and so they gave me their most expensive one. My nail tech rushed through my fingernails and of course made no conversation with me. Second visit was in October 2019, had my nails done. Polish was old and bubbled up on my nails. Room receptionist outside to show her . Spoke to David and he said they could repaint the gel. I had no time to do that again so he told me to come back to get them done. Came in today and was given the run around by female manager aka the owner and she was nothing but rude to me instead of trying to fix an issue with an unhappy client. Please beware. Bad experience with Katrina. I had been going consistently for the past 8 months By appointment only to arrive and not been seen at my appointment time waiting for up to 15-20 mins. Last time I got my nails done, my french gel polish chipped the same day on two nails. I called back to get a fix and was told she had no openings. I could let someone else fix. Then her only working on Fridays and Saturdays meant I had to wait until the next week. Today I was running g behind about 15mins for my appt, and because she is normally never on time I'm thinking it's not that big of a deal. I actually was told due to me being late and needing to reschedule that she no longer wanted me as a client ! Go figure, it's ok for her to be late, and you would think with me being a faithful client she would be more understanding. Not at all. I'll take money else where. I have been a customer for a while and have liked this shop, yet today when I came in they did not say hello the first thing asked is if I have an appointment or not. I am very disappointed, I understand new sign in policy but when you take out the hello this is not a good. read more

Best place to get your nails done! They recently moved and redesigned the salon and it is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone who works there is super sweet and professional. I usually go to Amy but I've been with Dawn and Michelle and I've never seen a reason to complain. When I break a nail, they fix it for FREE. They also have a ton of gel colors. Oh and the receptionists are both super sweet ladies! They do quality work- I've had a set of gel nails last 4 weeks before! read more

My 16 year old cousin went here with a specific design she wanted from Pinterest. The nail lady said she could do it, and proceeded to paint dot flowers on her nails- the kind of flowers that elementary school girls would get painted on their nails. My cousin told the woman that wasn't what she wanted, and showed her the photo again. The nail lady kept trying to do the correct design multiple times, each time doing it a completely different way than my cousin requested. After "finishing," my cousin walked away with tears in her eyes, to which the nail lady then responded by saying she couldn't do that design and no one in the store could do that design. The woman THEN offered to redo her nails with a simple plain color. My cousin picked out a green polish, and the woman said "I can't do that color, pick another one." My cousin ended up leaving here with plain gel polish, a color she didn't even want, and this gel ended up peeling off her nails the next day. They did absolutely nothing to change the price, offer a refund, or anything else to makeup for the inconvenience. Don't go here, please save your time and money. read more

Worst nail salon experience ever! While on vacation, I wanted to get my nails done and this salon was by my hotel. I had gel on my nails, but wanted to go to regular polish. All I wanted was a regular fill. After sitting for over an hour because only two people are there to do nails, I finally get sat in a chair, and the lady working on my nails begins to try and talk me into dip nails. Yes, the dip is great for a lot of people, but I am not one of them! I need the hard, tough fake nails! She got really irritated and kept telling me I need a full set, I need dip, anything to jack the price up! When I kept refusing, she informed me she was charging me an extra $10 for taking off the gel on my nails! I had planned on getting a pedicure, so I asked if I was going to be charged an additional $10 for taking the gel off my toes and she said yes! That's $20 right there! I informed her I was no longer getting a pedicure, and if she hadn't already started on my nails, I would have left immediately! Never add charges while you are working on someone, you greedy jerk! Also, I had requested she make my fill thicker, like I need, and they are paper thin and two have already broken. Don't go here unless you want dip nails! I paid $35 for a one color no design acrylic fill. read more

While the salon is beautiful inside, the actual services provided are terrible. I got a gel manicure on a Friday afternoon. By Tuesday, almost every nail had chipped, some completely off. I called and they said to come back in, they would redo it for no charge. That was kind of them. I decided to switch brands of polish in case it was maybe a lower quality gel polish that I had the first time. Here I am, 6 days later, and two of my nails have chips in them. I have had gel manicures that lasted 2+ weeks, so this is very disappointing. There's no chance that I will come back. read more

This use to be the best place to get nails done and wax and everything but after this weekend I will not to returning. I came in to get my nails done and when I sat down with the women I told her what I wanted and she and started doing my nails(thought we were on the same page) 5 minutes in I'm like this isn't what I wanted and I tried telling her 3 times what I wanted and she kept going. I go to pay thinking you just put polish on my nails so I was like $30 max nope $47 for POLISH. I left mad and then called and told them what had happened they told me to come back in and they would fix them....yeah they fixed them and charged me more money and charged me to soak the gel polish off that I told her three times that I didn't want. I had a college guy who helped his family member in running this salon. He did my manicure and pedicure. My manicure didnt lasted longer than 1 week. He seems like he know what he's doing. But he didnt do well with my nails. Never coming back! read more

WOULD NOT EVER recommend going here. Each nail is different a color & the nail tech was so rude. I have been going here for a year, but I will never go back and the owner was not helpful either. She insisted that another nail tech fix it, but it was nothing like I wanted or the picture I showed. Total waste of money!!!! read more

Been going here for a few years now & it's my favorite. I like that I am never rushed & everyone is so nice. They have a ton of great gel colors to choose from. It gets busy in late afternoons & especially fri-sat. They are closed on sun. The only thing I don't like: they keep their gloves on while massaging your legs & feet during your pedicure & it feels cold & rubbery. read more
